Paul and team were fantastic. They offered multiple alternatives to the general concept that I had envisioned, and were very responsive to some of the tweaks that I had suggested. Paul will not push the more expensive product/solution, but offer alternatives and advise on advantages to both. Very professional, very responsive, and pricing seemed reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Paul and Damiano mounted 3 TVs, set up a network, installed exterior security cameras, installed ceiling mounted speaks in multiple rooms and wired everything to a basement closet. They had also wired my house when it was being built. They did an incredible job and everything was done in the most professional manner possible. I will absolutely continue to work with Acoustical Vision for future projects and will recommend them to my friends.

We have used Paul for multiple AV projects over the years and him and his team always do excellent work for a good price. Our latest outdoor project required them to respond and adapt quickly to our needs and they delivered a high quality project on time. I can't recommend their services enough.

Great, once the tech got here to do the work. We had one time and date set up, but he didn't show. About an hour and a half past the time when he should have arrived, I called and found out there had been some sort of emergency with another customer. That is understandable, but I would've appreciated a call at the time of the appointment so I wouldn't have been waiting around.

Provider came out, did estimate and said I would have it that week. This was 5/15/16. I waited for several weeks and then called to see where my quote was. Paul said he had sent it. I explained I had never received it and he said he would resend it. He checked the email address and that was correct. I am still waiting for my quote, though I would never use him now. No follow up was done to see if I received the quote or if I wanted the work done. If he treats sales this way I can't imagine what customer service would be like after the sale. Think twice.

Everything was great. Paul actually installed a complicated corner tv wall mount for us a few years back, so this was our second job with him. He gave us a quote on a sunday, had an estimate for me the following Friday, and had Connor do the work on Monday. Connor was super friendly, respectful, prompt, clean, and efficient. I left him in the house alone and felt totally comfortable. The price was very fair, the work was done well, in a timely manner, and I couldn't be happier. I will call them again! *Note, I called a few other people and Acoustical vision was the most responsive and knowledgable.

Paul and Connor did an excellent job, from top to bottom. Paul initially came to our house to understand our needs, after which I promptly received a written proposal with all costs itemized. The work was scheduled quickly, and Paul and Connor did everything we asked for (and more) at the price quoted. Paul and Connor also were very professional, always communicating very clearly and working closely with us to find better solutions, even if those solutions resulted in lower cost for the job. After the work was done, they walked us through how each remote worked (after they programmed them for us). Finally, both men were pleasures to have around--they were kind to our kids, wanted to come up with the most efficient solutions for us , and were always punctual. I never once felt like we were being upsold, or that their primary interest was anything other than making us satisfied. Would use them again without hesitation!!

Went great. Called and got lucky as they were available same day. Very neat and quick. I had my TV mounted in my bedroom and they recommended that I put the cable box on a shelf on the other side of the wall (the closet). They made it easy to do so by drilling a very neat hole behind the TV. They also did some wiring to make it easy for the cable guy to connect the new box without showing more chords.

We called Paul and Connor with very little knowledge on our part on how we were going to accomplish what we wanted. Thankfully they are both extremely helpful and patient. There were a number of issues - from where our internet cable entered the house, to which devices we wanted to mount on the back of the television. They worked on solutions every step of the way. They even had to return to our house and reconfigure things after we changed our mind on a couple things. Finally, when we actually had the television enclosure built (something that in retrospect should have been done before they started!) they came out again to finalize the installation. They have earned quite a bit of trust in my eyes. So much, in fact, that I will be reusing them once I finish my basement remodel.

The loft TV installation is spot on. The work was completed by Conner - he's the best! However, the workout room and office TV installations are a jumbled mess. Rather than getting what we asked for - the owner Paul takes us into a "better solution" which is now a jumbled mess. Why couldn't we have gotten what we asked for? We now are required to call another company to "fix" the mess we are left with. To say we are unhappy is an understatement. The owner should come back to fix this mess he left us in - without charge. My husband called him back and the owner Paul had the audacity to request that we call him back - oh and by the way, he forgot to charge us for the one shelf that was hung on the wall. Yeah right. We should have just gone with Barrett's who could have hidden all wires without any commentary, such as "that's a lot of work".... But isn't that what you're paid to do? Extremely overpriced averaging at least $310 an hour!

The two men arrived on time, went over with me again what was going to be done and started their work quickly. The entire job was done very neatly, cleanly and perfectly arranged. They measured everything and consulted me before changing or rearranging things (for example the two-piece shelf I ordered would not fit the space I intended; a single piece was installed instead and looks great). They also worked quickly and in the end cleaned up all debris, smoothed the drywall and prepped it for painting and moved all the furniture back. The finished job looks fantastic.

Paul and Conner arrived on time. Upon their arrival Paul reviewed with us the project and discussed all of the options for mounting while Connor prepped the work sight by placing drop cloths on our wood floors and bringing in their tools. Once we agreed on the plan they began to work diligently and clean making sure any debris fell on the drop cloths. Paul went in our basement to find a way to bring up some power to that wall for the two outlets without having to cut up our walls in the living room. He was able to find a power junction box in the basement that was right below where the TV was going to be mounted and pulled the power from there. That saved us a lot of money and mess from not having to cut our walls open in the living room. in the end the TV was mounted to perfection and only two small access holes had to be patched up which they did. They also cleaned up most of the dust and debris leaving us with very little clean-up and only two patches of wall to paint. They might have been a little more than other quotes I had recieved but I am happy I paid a little more to make sure the job was done exactly how i wanted by two very professional individuals. Next project for this room is in wall surround speakers. I will definitely be calling them to help me with this.

I ordered this service more than a year ago did not get a response for a few weeks and then got a message in my inbox- which I did not see. When I contacted the provider he said this was a promotion to get business when he started an that now he does not service my area. He offered me "options" to use the money but did not agree to honor the value or offer me a refund.

It was good. I paid another $100 on top of the Big Deal. Mostly where they repaired the drywall, they just did a great job. It went approximately well.

Paul and Conner were great. They worked very h****** the installation, and stayed in touch afterward to be sure that everything was working properly. We actually did need a few adjustments and Paul came out twice to ensure that everything was perfect (with no additional charge). I would highly recommend them.

We were looking to add some ceiling/wall speakers and a Sonos wireless system to our house to play music wirelessly and incorporate some existing components. We spoke with a number of companies, gave each the same objectives and were presented with a number of different ways of accomplishing the various things we were looking to do (play music wirelessly, utilize and manage a couple different zones, play the TV through the system were the primary ones). Paul did by far the best job of understanding all the exact needs of the job and figuring out something that would accomplish exactly what we were trying to do on a simple and effective basis. Other than the Angie's List reviews I wasn't sure how well the installation was going to go but was very impressed. Paul called a couple different times during the installation to double check to make sure that the actions he was taking what was how I wanted them. Given I was on a business trip I wasn't sure how this all was going to go but when I returned I found that they did a great job. They had to cut 2 holes in the ceiling and the repair work they did looks great. I also liked how they not only accomplished everything I was looking for but also took the time to go through the entire system with my wife, explain it to her and make sure she was okay with how everything was working. We've been using the system a lot over the past 3-4 months and everything's been fantastic.

The quality of the work was decent but the job itself and rates were significantly higher than expected. I bought the angieslist special $95 for 99 mins of services. Two men showed up and ran the cables (I provided the cabling as well so no additional materials were needed) from my av receiver to the back wall, they had to cut into the drywall and they were there almost 3 hours. I got charged an additional $262 on top of the $95!!! To run 2 speaker wires!!! The reason being is I was charge for 2 guy on an hourly bases there after the 99 minutes!! The helped was the same rate. Over $125 an hour! I would never use them again. This seemed like a deal and I dont believe it was! Word of warning, be very careful with these specials through angieslist, more and more people I talk to are getting burned on these...what seems to be a good deal turns out to be a much heavier expense!

Paul and Conor were great to work with. Paul was very accommodating on getting a time scheduled quickly for me. Conor arrived on time and was very professional. He walked me through what he was going to do and answered a few questions about my surround sound set up. He mounted the television and the finished work looks fantastic. I will use them again to mount another television and help with surround wiring in the future.

Paul and his team hung a new television above my fireplace as well as a Sonos sound bar. I have an older home so they had to navigate older masonry walls and did so successfully and it looks good. In my basement I had them install surround speakers I already owned and they did a nice job. I'm happy with the price and service performed and would recommend Paul and his team to you.

Paul and his guys were always very friendly and the quality of the work when performed is excellent. The only reason they don't get an A is because they're not the best with scheduling. We had several hiccups along the way with missed times, pushed dates, and late notice of said changes. Happily, they're getting a new office/project manager so future clients hopefully won't have the same issues.
