We do apologize in being able to connect with you . However 1 email through Angie's List does not constitute "several " attempts in trying to reach us. The very best way is to call us direct to schedule. We are usually gone everyday starting at 7 am until late afternoons everyday so replying to emails is not always possible.. So by calling you can reach us direct or you can leave a voice mail. You bought a coupon way back on 6/16/2014 , you only attempted to contact us months later on 10/20/2014. So we never heard from you until October 20th . Below is YOUR e mail 4 months later , that doesn't even specify any date . This response from you was copy and pasted through the message center. "(member name removed) 10/20/2014 My apologies for not scheduling this sooner but I would like to see if we can schedule a day soon. We are in St. Charles MO 63303 if you need to schedule around locations. Below is my reply to you in which you disregarded. I requested that you please call to schedule, which you did not.! We hope to be able to give you stellar service and a more positive reflection of our service. We strive to get Angie's List members in as quickly as possible and when The Big Deal coupons come out when book up fast. So when we were booked solid we took the opportunity to re locate and expand location..Booking was not available for August & September at that time anyway. Description of Work: Nicole and Dawn arrived on time and went right to work cleaning my house top to bottom. Everything I asked to be done was done, and well. Things I didn't know needed to be cleaned were cleaned. Dawn even washed some of my windows because they looked dirty to her. My house sparked when they left. I have had them back since then and was equally pleased.
