I hate typing this review up. I used this company two years ago for my move out cleaning on my apartment. They did such a great job so when I moved into my house, I hired them again. There was one time the two young ladies were late, but I was OK with it because I liked them and they did a great job, this last time they were supposed to come to my house at 7:30 AM on 2/16/24. Well, 7:40 AM rolled around now mind you I had to be at work at 8 AM is why I needed them to come so early. Well needless to say they never showed no phone call no nothing. I’m not putting the blame on the young ladies that cleaned my house because I thought they were great! it’s whoever was doing the scheduling. I sent an email that said we were gonna have to reschedule. Never received a response back. Again, no phone call no nothing still nothing is why I’m writing this review.

Owner was very responsive in getting cleaning scheduled. Work was performed on Thurs July 7. I had showings that weekend. I had handyman let them into property, as I was attending a funeral. Handyman said they were in/out fairly quickly and he overheard them saying “I’m sure we’ll get a call back, but we’re in a hurry”. When I arrived I was not happy, to say the least. Stove top was not clean, large ceiling vent was coated in dust and wall marks I’d specifically asked to have removed hadn’t been touched. Dust on top of wine racks and window sills. I went back next day, prior to showings, and easily vacuumed vent (they had claimed it was rust and unable to be cleaned - took me 5min). I cleaned cooktop w Barkeepers Friend and wall markings w Magic Erasure. Owner did offer a repeat visit but I didn’t have the time nor do I feel I should have to hand hold. I hired a “professional”. Owner reduced price from 350 to 250. Prior to my receiving her invoice she sent me multiple vulgar, crass, expletive-laden text messages threatening my person and property. The single most unprofessional encounter I’ve experienced in my 50 years of life.

These ladies are amazing. My other housekeeper canceled at the last minute. I found magical maids they came out and cleaned my whole house from top to bottom. I am definitely using them moving forward.

Our friends gifted us this service and we really didn't want anyone coming into our house and dealing with our clutter or mess. The two person crew that came out arrived right on time, let us give our preferences, but then got straight to work. I work from home but they were efficient and handled everything without needing anything from me. Our home is now cleaner than it was the day we moved in, and cleaner than we've managed to get this house in the four years we've lived here. If you have a busy work schedule, they can be trusted to get the job done thoroughly and well.

Did what was promised Value was good for what was done On time, work was well done and completed so well my wife gave them a tip to boot!

The owner was very rude and abrasive using language that I never heard a professional person speak like.

I just paid the $75 Big Deal cost and they were fine.

They did a really great job. They were phenomenal. I originally had them come out for a deep clean and they got on their hands and knees and cleaned areas that I was completely not expecting them to clean. They did just a really great job. They were always very professional, always right on time. I've been really happy with them.

I have used them in the past and was satisfied, but this time, they did a lousy job. I even started taking pictures before I cleaned and after because it was so bad. I am not picky about housekeeping, but when I had to go back and clean after I paid $100 for 4 rooms and a bathroom, I decided it was time to complain. I had to reclean the outside of the toilet, the sink and both the kitchen and bathroom floors. When I lifted the shower curtain off the bathroom floor, you could see that it had not been mopped there, as well as around the toilet. I cleaned with just a damp rag, so it wasn't like it even took scrubbing. When I went to contact them on their website to send pictures, there is no way to contact except to call them.

Easy to set up appointment, workers arrived on time and worked efficiently.

They did a great job cleaning the house as I asked. Since we were still in the move in process there was a lot of clutter and they managed to work around that and clean the hardwood floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. I was happy and would recommend Pristine Cleaning.

There was no professionalism with this business at all. The person that came out was great and she did what she could, but unfortunately, there was no cooperation or communication from Nichole.

[My wife left work early to meet Pristine Cleaning. However, we neither heard from nor had a visit from Pristine yesterday, 2/23. My wife left a message and I called Nichole's number and left a message yesterday, and I sent the message above.] We gave Pristine another chance when Brandy left a message with my wife on 2/25. She said there had been a miscommunication on their end regarding the appointment on 2/23. My wife coordinated another appointment on 3/10 and Pristine did perform the work described on the coupon plus another 30 minutes for the miscommunication regarding the appointment on 2/23. The cleaning itself was OK, but the poor communication and difficulty in getting the work done means we will not hire them again.

They responded initially by email and advised me that they would get back with me by Sunday, 2/15/2015. I havent heard from them or anything at all. Due to their unresponsivness, I have decided not to use the deal.

I attempted to contact them through Angie's List and through phone contact with no success. The phone number that they gave me was incorrect. When the rep did call me 6 days later she told me to quote "cancel my coupon, get a refund and i don't want to do business with people like you".

This is the fourth time I have had Pristine come out and clean for us. We do a couple of deep cleanings a year. This time we had them come out to do a deep cleaning for hosting Christmas. As always, they are on time, responsive, and a bargin! I work long hours and we have several kids, so naturally, we fight a losing battle against cleanliness and order. The Pristine team comes in and take care of everything! Everytime they come it seems like they do a better job than the last. I have referred them to my grandpa, aunt and several friends who have all had the same experiences. I will continue to use them and refer them out.

Pristine Cleaning cleaned a vacant 1200 sq ft apartment in approximately 2 hours. Two cleaning persons were in the cleaning crew. The apartment has mostly hardwood floors; The remaining flooring is ceramic tile. The common stairwell of the building has carpeted stairs which were vacuumed by the cleaning crew. The cleaning included cleaning the kitchen/bathroom cabinets, inside of the refrigerator, exterior cabinets and all other surfaces in the kitchen, dusting off/wiping down the walls of the apartment to remove any dust/debris, bathroom fixtures, sweeping and moping all the flooring. The cleaning crew was very polite.

They got on their hands and knees. My home smelled so fresh. I love them! I wish I could clone them. I have been hiring them for about 2 years now
