Nichole is fabulous! I called her on a Monday or Tuesday to see if she would be available to come to my house that Friday, very short notice. She and her team were already booked and we were having a hard time figuring out a day that would work for the both of us due to our schedules. She offered to come over on a Sunday morning because of the short timeline I needed to have my house cleaned and I was elated!!! I didn't even think about asking for her to come on a Sunday. Once she and her team arrived, Nichole came in the house and we did a walk through as I showed her everything that I wanted to have done and they then went hard to work. They did a wonderful job!! So easy to work with, so nice to talk to. I highly recommend them to everyone!! Nichole and team, thank you so very much for your hard work!! I hope to use you again in the future.

Pristine Cleaning is an example of and quot;America's Bestand quot; as in the book and quot;In Search of Excellence: Lessons from America's Best Run Companiesand quot; by Tom Peters and Robert Waterman. We asked them to deep clean our home (walls, vents, cabinets, staircase, mud room, etc.). Everything was spotless and done with care. My husband expects a job to be done right, and he was overwhelmed with their effort. Our house was free of dust, the bathrooms sparkled, sheets changed in every bedroom, fans cleaned, even the empty hangers in the laundry room had been dusted, and every room had a fresh spring smell (and not the overpowering chemical cleaner smell). Nichole cleaned all the bathrooms and floors, and personally checked the work of the other two girls. We will continue to have Nichole and her excellent staff keep our house clean and fresh!

I am impressed!!! I had called several cleaning companies before reaching out to Nichole, No one had availability that would match my schedule. Nichole was able to fit us in the day before we had an open house. I was told in addition to the typical 9a - 5p, they also work nights and weekends. I also found a GroupOn for their services and took advantage of the special pricing. Nichole called the day before to confirm the appointment, she had scheduled my house for 1:00 pm on Saturday. That Saturday she called at 11:00 a.m. asking if they could come early. she had just finished their prior job and asked if it was OK to show up early or if we would still like her to come at 1 pm. I was gladly accepted the earlier time. Nichole and Angela both came to the house and asked if there was anything specific that I needed work on. I explained that I was having an open house to sell our home Sunday and that our Realtor pointed out dust in our home. with that information, she and Angela went to work. They started in the basement and I swear, found every nook and cranny that dust could possibly exist in our home. I thought our house was relatively clean before and just needed a professional touch. I was mistaken. Nearly 4 hours later, the ladies literally mopped themselves right out of the front door. My house has never looked so clean! I joked that I was afraid to go back in for fear of messing up the place. I would definitely recommend Pristine Cleaning Services and plan to use them again in the future!

I bought 15 hours of cleaning and talked with Nicole and decided to spread out the hours to get two cleanings. My first cleaning was fabulous! I can't wait to schedule the other cleaning later next month.

Super responsive, and on time. We have a 2000sf two story house, and they did two cleanings. The first one we had them do a deep clean- baseboards scrubbed, tub scrubbed, etc. They showed up with three people, and cleaned for 4 hours. Our house looked great- it even felt like we could breathe better after they left! We then had them come back for the remainder of our package time for a regular cleaning. They are thorough, friendly and affordable. I definitely recommend, and plan on using them in the future for regular deep cleanings.

She forgot the appointment to come give me a bid, but when I called her after an hour of waiting, she profusely apologized and was at my house within a half hour. I thought I wouldn't be able to get a hold of her since it was after 6pm, so I appreciated her availability after normal business hours. While I was extremely impressed with how clean she got my stove and shower and bathroom fixtures (there was A LOT of hard water build up), I still found dust/dirt in the window sills, ceiling fans, furnace closet, outside and inside cabinets and linoleum floors. Nicole contacted me after the job to ask how I felt about their work, and after I told her, they came back the next day to clean all the areas I mentioned above. I was quite happy with her willingness to 'make it right' to my high standards. I was BLOWN away by her pricing too (other companies were quoting me almost double what she was. After the second time, I still found myself spending the hour on my hands and knees and magic erasing my linoleum floors because of the dirt caught in the texture, but overall, I was quite happy with the service and price provided. She did contact me again after the 2nd cleaning to see if I was satisfied and I said yes(didn't want to call her out for a 3rd time when I felt like she already did over $100 worth of work )

So far the service was good. They'll be coming back because of the number of hours that I bought. They came one time and they did an excellent job and I've got them schedule to come back again.

These ladies were phenomenal. My house has been in a complete disarray for about 6 months. I had countertops that couldn't be seen, stacks of stuff on the floor, more clutter under the beds than I care to admit. Plus 4 dogs that have just in general destroyed my house. I've paid to have my housecleaned in the past. I've never had anyone come out and clean the way these ladies did. They just didn't clean the surfaces you could see. They picked things up, organized, threw stuff away, cleaned under, in and around just about every surface in my house. For the amount of time they were going to be at my house, I expected that I'd get my bathrooms, kitchen, living room and maybe the bed rooms vacumned. They cleaned and organized my son's area down in the basement, completely cleaned all the bathrooms, deep cleaned the kitchen, vacumned, cleaned, dusted every room in my house. I can't even explain what a relief it was to have my house be clean after they left. I've already scheduled to have these ladies come out again.

The Pristine Cleaning team did a fantastic job and really lived up to their name. They cleaned every part of the house! There was no stone (or in this case dust bunny) left unturned. They were polite, efficient, and very good at their job. I will be using them in the future to do cleaning. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. Out vacuum was broken but they brought everything you could think of to clean a house. They took great care in cleaning everything from the ceiling fan to the base boards. I'd never bought a deal like this or had someone come clean my house before so I was unsure on what to do while they were there or what they would need. As it turns out, they didn't need anything. They (a team of 3) were there for about 5.5 hours cleaning and organizing everything. We had recently moved into the house (new construction) so there was some residual dust and general clutter that existed. They jumped right in and took care of it. They moved the beds, folded laundry from the dryer, moved bookshelves, and scrubbed everything that could be scrubbed. Can't wait till we schedule maintenance cleaning to keep it looking so nice. The new house finally feels new!

Pristine cleaning did an amazing job. They started in the lower level and worked there way up. Everything was perfect. The details were amazing. I wish I didn't have to live here because I want it to stay exactly the same. Best cleaning service I have used.

Nicole and her crew arrived on time,they were very professional and courteous and even pet friendly. This was my first experience with a cleaning service. I called Pristine because I wanted a day of pampering and my house was desperate for a deep cleaning.I was amazed that she was able to come the day I called her .She arrived on time and had my whole house smelling and looking great in about 2 hours! You just don't know how much of a treat it is to have someone come and take care of my cleaning needs. My wood floors have never looked better and the product they used on tthem was all natural !. My shower and bathrooms had never been that clean since the day I moved into my house and they even cleaned the inside of the oven. I'm very happy I used the service .
