They got on their hands and knees. My home smelled so fresh. I love them! I wish I could clone them. I have been hiring them for about 2 years now

I was pleased. I didn't have to be there so that was a good sign. They got in and they cleaned. I told them they didn't have to clean everything because they can't do it all in the time that they had but they did a pretty good job. I didn't have any concerns about leaving them in the house and they cleaned. They did a very good job.

they came late but could not help that and called to let me know. They did a very good job.

I was not really impressed with them. They were very late coming and I was their last appointment on a Friday afternoon. They were all about being fast and not thorough. They sent 3-4 people out to do the cleaning. The scheduling was fine, it was just that they showed up 2 hours late.

It was fine. They brought their own cleaning products. They were flexible with our time.

It went fine. They did a good job. We had them clean the bottom floor of a 1700 sq. ft house. They sent 3 techs.

It wasn't all that great. They showed up late and wanted to leave early. The cleaner came in with an attitude about what was covered and what wasn't. I wanted them to clean about 1800 sq. ft.

Went well, missed a couple of minor details, but house was desperately in need of cleaning, and the house looked great after they left.

They cleaned a lot more than I thought they would have time for and theyservice did a better job than other housecleaning services that charged much more. They gave me an esitmate for the next visit and it was still cheaper than other cleaning services that I have used (once) in the the past and they did a superior job.

My experience turned out good. Scheduling the appointment was good. There were two people here and they were here for the full 4 hours. The results are pretty good.

I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 kids and am a full-time working single mother, so needless to say my house was a mess and I had Pristine come out and do the full/thorough clean which included inside of my appliances and other stuff and let me tell you my house looked amazing and I have never seen my refrigerator that clean before. I will definitely be having them come out again. The ladies were super nice as well and definitely took the extra time to clean my place!

Perfectly. The ladies were so efficient and nice. I got an estimate from them so I can have them come back on a regular basis.

They did a great job, however, I paid for 4 hours of man hours and 3 of them cleaned for 1 hour.

They were polite, fast, and thorough. NIchole is really good about answering her phone and working with you.They have a really wide range that they will travel, and prices are the most reasonable I have seen. They are really excellent. Hire Pristine Cleaning!

Nichole and her cleaning crew did a great job. I hired them to clean my cousin's apartment who is currently recuperating at a skill care facility. I was impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. They had very thorough cleaning procedures. Once completed, Nichole wanted to make sure that everything met with my satisfaction, and it did. She also left her business card with the amount it would cost for future cleanings. The cost was reasonable. I took pictures of the apartment and emailed them to my cousin. She was so happy and plans to use their services on a monthly basis once she is out of the skill care facility. I also plan to contact them for my home. I can' t say it enough, and quot;They did a great job!!!and quot;

They did a great job, asked what products I wanted used and worked around me the whole time. Super Job. I will definitely use them again.

I purchased the deal as a gift for my 9 months pregnant daughter. Two girls showed up at her house and said they would only do 2 hours of cleaning and would not include the inside of the appliances. I called the company to follow up on this misunderstanding and she told me that the deal did not include appliances (where the and quot;fine printand quot; of the deal specifically states that appliances are included). She also explained that 2 girls for 2 hours equals 4 hours of labor. This was not explained anywhere in their and quot;fine printand quot; with the deal. They blamed everything on Angie's List and took NO responsibility for the misleading ad. I have never had any problems with Angie's List. I told her to call her girls and stop the job, she never called them. They worked from 8:30am-10:15am. Not even the full two hours. To me, I felt they should have gotten more accomplished in the time they were here. The owner was contacted that by me to call off her 2 girls after very rude statements and she continue to say in her statements on Angie List very offensive statements directed at me and literally out right lying.My daughter and I have a very nice homes and definitely were no where close to FILTHY and GOLD TEETH and to top off she said the age thing she knows for a fact were very close in AGE .I felt she very racist, improper and inappropriate to had this kind of behavior to on Angie List.

I spoke with Nichole when I called to schedule my cleaning. I've never hired a cleaning service before, and was not sure what to expect. Nichole was very helpful and very professional. We had some difficulty finding a time that I would be able to be home when they were able to do the cleaning because I didn't want to wait, and Nichole told me that I did not necessarily have to be home when they came to clean, so I asked her if she could stop by before we scheduled anything so that I could meet her and explain what I would like to have done. She was very happy to do that, so we scheduled a time to meet. She was prompt, and again, was very helpful and professional. The team arrived as scheduled and did an amazing job! I had a few places that I particularly wanted cleaned, and they were spotless. My house was actually cleaner than I would do myself and they did all the things that I requested in the time frame that Nichole thought it would take. I was thrilled with the job and have already set up a recurring appointment. I would very happily recommend Pristine Cleaning!

Everything went very well. 1] Arrived on time--9am sharp 2] Three ladies all ready to go when they got here 3] Walked them through my house and shared what I was needing/looking to have done 4] They started immediately---fast, efficient, thorough, did exactly as I requested 5] House looks and felt great when they were finished 6] They finished in 3-hours and I now have a 2-hour credit for their next visit 7] Set them up now to come back every two-weeks

I thought they did an excellent job. They were very thorough. I would definitely use them again.

Pristine did a great job. I was able to call and schedule my appointment very rapidly after I purchased the Angie's List coupon. Yeah, arrived at the beginning of the 1/2 hour window they set and after a brief walk-through so that I could explain what I wanted done they immediately set to work. They were extremely efficient and thorough.

It went fine, i was happy with them. They were very organized, efficient and did what they said they were going to do. I had a coupon and do not know what there normal price would be. They were prompt and professional.

On Wednesday, I contacted Pristine because their operating hours indicated they worked into the evenings and on the weekend. I am out of town, and my wife works during the day, so evening or weekend availability was important. I was looking for someone to clean our house before showing it to a potential buyer over the weekend. I began the process of purchasing a coupon through Angie's List that included 3 hours of cleaning for $175. When I was asked to schedule a desired time, I was unable to pick any weekend dates. I stopped at that point, thinking the purchase was not complete. I found out later the purchase was actually completed prior to asking me my scheduling preferences. Believing I had cancelled the online purchase, I decided I would contact Nichole directly and make sure they had evening and weekend availability. After leaving a message on the first call, I was able to speak to Nichole on a second attempt a few minutes later. I explained to her my that my situation, I am out of town an my wife works, meant we needed to coordinate something on a weekend or in the evening. She explained to me that they try to reserve weekends for repeat customers, which I understand completely, but that they would possibly be able to come out Friday afternoon. She asked some questions about the house and services I would like performed and I gave her my wife's contact information so she could answer the specifics. Nichole contacted my wife on Thursday and, after discussing the desired services, agreed to send someone out Friday afternoon when my wife was home from work. On Thursday I also realized that the coupon purchase had, in fact, already processed. I was irritated by that, but didn't think it would be an issue because Nichole would see the name and address on the Angie's List coupon purchase and connect it with the appointment scheduled for Friday. Nichole did make the connection, and tonight, after 9pm, she called and left a voicemail stating that because of the Angie's List coupon purchase she was cancelling the Friday appointment. There was no logical explanation accompanying the cancellation. I have since contacted Angie's List to cancel the purchase of the coupon and I will look to find another service provider. I am not sure I will ever understand how the unintentional purchase of a coupon through this site (a coupon Nichole also provides on her own website) leads to the cancellation of an already scheduled appointment.
