Description of Work: We had several leaky gutters repaired, one gutter repaired, one short section replaced, and screens put on our especially troublesome leaft gutters. The 3 man crew was prompt, clean, and did a great job. Yesterday's storms were a goog time to evaluate the work.

Description of Work: Evaluation and repair of minor roofing need. I also received an estimate for a chimney rebuild. The estimate was twice the price of other estimators.

Description of Work: The 2 person crew from Trella Roofing got up onto my roof, walked on it, and conducted an inspection for structural integrity Several minor issues were identified and rectified. The crew indicted that no significant problems with my roof were identified.

Description of Work: They examined my roof....Did minor repairs...sealed around the chimney and pipes. I did not climb on the roof myself....I had to take a leap of faith they were honest. They conducted themselves in a professional manner. Shingles are beginning to curl. Will need a new roof in 6 months to 5 years. Asked for a quote. They will mail it to me. They were not there as long as I expected.

Description of Work: They inspected our roof. It appears they were very thorough. Did some minor repairs. They also gave me a quote on some future work that may need to be done.

Description of Work: General Check of my roof and miscellaneous spot repairs.

Description of Work: contractor gave 3 estimate for different levels of blown in fiberglass insulation. I had questions as to how much existing insulation in the attic and to how much I really needed. Contractor never measured the level of existing attic insulation. Contractor was dismissive to my concerns and treated me as if my questions were unnecessary. I access my attic threw a pull down latter hatch. I wanted to know if the insulation job included a attic hatch insulated cap. A flat no was the response I got, along with a condescending look. The contractor asked if the omission of the attic hatch insulation cap was a deal breaker? I said yes. He snatched off the contract and the last word he said was " Don't ever call us again"!" , my response was "no problem".

Description of Work: Bryan provided an estimate for a leaking skylight in the kitchen. Was prompt and professional. He found that the cause was probably tree debris around the base of the skylight that caused water to back up under the flashings. He cleaned off the debris, cleaned the skylight, and told us to see if there was leakage after the next rainstorm. He told us to clean off the debris monthly to avoid the problem. If there was leakage after the rain, it meant that the problem was more complicated (the flashing might need to be replaced). He did a great job, spent 45 minutes with us, and there was no fee. Will definitely use the service if the problem isn't solved.
