Description of Work: Attic insulation. Installed an attic fan; replaced vents in fascia.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for the installation of a solar powered attic fan. The company called to set up the appointment and the installer arrived on schedule. In addition to the attic fan, I also requested that the installer put in roof vents for 2 bathroom vents and reseal the flashing around my chimney. The installer was professional and friendly and worked very efficiently. The work, including cleanup, was completed in less than 4 hours. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: I was a little disappointed. I paid for 2 hours of service and the gentleman was at my house for about 40 minutes, and I had to talk him into doing the service and not wait for him to call a tech because he did not have a ladder. Now, that could be a good thing because he told me there was nothing wrong with my skylights and he did do some sealing just to be safe, but I am not sure if I got my money's worth. I cannot rate the quality of the work because it was on my skylights and I have no way of checking that on my roof. But, they don't leak. So, I did not want to give them a bad rating, but wasn't sure how to rate them at all because cost/time ratio, it was a fairly expensive service, I thought.

Description of Work: Technician came out but was unable to perform service....said he would send someone else out. Owner later called, declined to provide service and told me to contact Angie's List to get a refund.

Description of Work: He just came in to inspect the roof and said it was good. Put in a sealant at two places. Said that he would send me an estimate to cover the chimney. It has been more than two weeks and I have not heard about the estimate. I cannot comment right now if I would use him in future or not. The gentlemen was very professional.

Description of Work: It was advertised as roof maintenance. He only checked our sunroom roof. Not the whole house. Estimate for back of garage and roof on sunroom$5000 really are you kidding! He was only here for about 20 min. Add said an hour of work! |

They said they didn't have my phone number, which I did exclude when I purchased the survive. I email the company my phone number. I have tried contacting them unsuccessfully. |

Description of Work: The came out and inspected the roof and identified several problems. They suggested contacting our insurance company to see if the cost of replacing/repairing the roof would be covered before proceeding. We are waiting for the insurance company's decision but will definitely use Trela for the job.

Description of Work: Purchased a $99 promo for minor roof service worth $350. They inspected and quoted extremely high for a 2 x 2 patch on roof due to slope. I was told to take off $99 for the purchase of the Angies list coupon. What a joke. I had a company complete the work for $300. One hour of work. For the other work I need done, $22k worth, I didn't ask them for a quote.
