Description of Work: The person who handled our follow up complaint request was extremely rude and unprofessional. We would not use them again for this reason. They did however, come out and remove the insulation they incorrectly installed on and around our AC unit.

Description of Work: It started out as a $29 ice dam prevention inspection and an insulation analysis. It was suggested that I add insulation to my attic area ($2,503) which might solve the ice problem. It did not. The other alternative was to add a downspout at the front of my house between the living room window and the front door and seal guttering corners for $975 which was unacceptable. I did add a skylight replacement at a cost of $1,799. The project did not start as scheduled because of a broken belt. I wanted to make payment before the end of the year, but Trela would not bill me until Jan. 2015. I had to pay extra for using my credit card. Finally, the drop cloths used to cover my carpeting were dirty.

Description of Work: Bought an Angie's List deal for inspection of attic insulation to help protect from ice damage. Mike came out and was very nice and didn't try to sell me more insulation, which I appreciated. Would consider when putting on a new roof. Seemed very honest and sincere.
