Description of Work: Trela Roofing came out to give an estimate on soffit and fascia. My dad ( I couldn't make the appointment) reported that they were very professional and knowledgable. They explained in detail the options of material to be used and work to be performed. Trela did follow-up with me making sure that they would be available to come back out and answer any questions or concerns I had regarding the work. Unfortunately, the company was one of my highest estimates. I went with another company to have the work completed.

Description of Work: They installed a solar roof fan, on time, at the price stated. Installers were friendly and knowledgeable. Also noted that my roof is going to need to be replaced soon due to .... and this I'd already planned for 2016. They stated that the gutters are good and that they could just enlarge the downspouts for easier water flow. I seriously will consider them for my roofing next year.

Description of Work: Good job, only I was never told they could not hook up the digital hand held automatic programmer to see if the fan could be plugged into an outlet! The unit is still in the box it came in. I would have to hire someone to hook it up!

Description of Work: The next week they were $499. No communication. Emailed immediately when purchased as they sent an email of possible dates. At that time asked for quote of further work. Didn't hear from them. Phoned. Said they would phone upon arrival. Did not. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat at home. Needed to be with them when noise. No call. We finally phoned them. "It's done." ?! Phoned for extra quote, met with surliness, and don't even ask about price drop! They blamed AL, AL said price set by contractor. Approximately one month later (paid on day of ordering, 06.14.2015), fan was installed, $135.00 less now (a few days after their install) and extra work/quote was so high, our insurance company refused it!
