Nothing done.
Description of Work: Only want to give estimate over the phone. They don't know what needs to be done exactly and how much work!!! Came out the year before for roof repair estimate but not attic insulation estimate. Estimate based on previous year visit for roof repairs not attic insulation.

Description of Work: They installed R-30 insulation in the attic. They were on time and very punctual. Wish they would of put a better barrier for ease of access to areas, but overall they did a very good job. I was not happy they left a sharp razor blade along with a couple other tools on the floor of my kids bedroom floor but luckily I found it before they did.

Description of Work: I had called in the morning to let them know I would not be there at a specific time. It was re-scheduled for the following Monday. They never showed. I called THREE TIMES over the next week to no avail (last time was not a polite message). A few days later they called like it wasn't a big deal. I had already found another provider. It just makes me shake my head that a service company doesn't think it's important to return calls. That might have worked 30 years ago but not today. Shame on Trela!
