Description of Work: I am sorry I paid 29.00 for this. I had another service provided by another provider on Angie's list. That other provider and service had been completed by the time this gentlemen showed up. Both were contacted at about the same time. He came unprepared. If I had not had a ladder, I don't know how he would have gotten a look at the attic. The day he came it was snowing, and although my house is not spotless, I would have appreciated he wore foot covering over his shoes. He spotted a leak close to the chimney and quoted me an astronomical price. I got another quote from a friend who had roofing repairs and the difference to fix that problem was 2000 dollars less. Another provider that I found on my own is going to do the insulation at nearly 1000 less and with 3x the insulation than Trela Roofing! By the way, the roofer who is going to do the repair near the chimney has been in business for 90 years. More experience than Trela. Will be very cautious about prepaying anything on Angie's list and am considering canceling the subscription .

Description of Work: Installed new insulation in both attics of my house. Did some great work and my house has never been warmer!

Description of Work: They arrived on time and did all work as described prior to starting. Blowing additional insulation to attics and spraying foam to sill and one wall.It was a very clean and neat work. They declined to do additional work because they believed it was unnecessary to foam under the crawl ceiling to get a better energy efficiency for the money.

Description of Work: Trela roofing had come for attic inspection,they were on time and the person explained everything to us in a very good manner with all the details regarding the inspection.I had also asked for an estimate which was also provided promptly.

Description of Work: Arrogant attitude speaking to a woman. This is now twice; first when requesting an estimate for roof replacement and recently to request a repair. Did not seem to think that repairing old siding and tacking it down before more damage was appropriate. I guess he needs a big contract to replace the entire siding would be worth their time. Wanted to charge $85.00 per hour plus materials is extra to tack down siding and replace one 3 foot panel piece that came off. Getting estimates over the years, this company is excessively high. Cannot be dependable for repairs.

Description of Work: Trella rep said that they "don't do just gutters, soffit, and fascia - must do roof also". This indicates their advertisements appear to be misleading.

Description of Work: I had my attic insulated.They were very thorough.It went very well.The 2 gentlemen from the company were on time. They cleaned and removed all debris.I would recommend them to other people.
