I thought they were very efficient and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them. They were very quick to respond. They came right on the button. And, they have excellent professionalism.

I felt the deal was misleading. We expected it not to cost as much as it ended up.

No issues at all with the service. Quick estimate, arrived on time, finished job on time. Done as expected.

Purchased Big Deal coupon. There were two representatives who were pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. First they inspected the roof, and made minor repairs. They informed me that part of the reason for the leaks is that the roof was vey old and needed to be replaced. I asked them to send me an estimate for a new roof, which I received promptly. I felt the estimated price was out of my range.

This was a good deal. Everything went according to plan. They even replaced a small area of gutter where ice would collect. The workers were very nice and on time.

I was very pleased with my overall experience and will definitely like to work with them again.

Company representative (Ryan) arrived on time. He inspected the attic for signs of animal infiltration, water damage, adequate insulation and other potential problems. Ryan was professional, courteous and provided helpful information regarding attic insulation and water spots. He then went outside and looked at the exterior of the roof, from ground level, for potential problems. He made suggestions regarding maintenance and future repairs that might be necessary a few years from now. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend this company.

The guys arrived on time and were very professional. They covered my carpeting so no dirt was tracked into the house. They worked diligently the entire time and afterward cleaned up everything. I will definitely hire this company again. Highly recommended.

The first time I used the Trella Roofing I had an issue with the facing on my roof. I made the appointment over the phone and everyone was polite and informative. I was given a time and date and the work was done. I was able to ask questions and get answers. The second time I needed gutter work. I was given a full inspection and then the gutters were cleaned. The only problem was they were supposed to send me information on gutter guards and pricing.

Before purchasing the $99 Big Deal, I contacted Trela Roofing to ask whether or not the area above my small 1950s era home's sunroom would be excluded. I was told that they were going to come out, take a look and give me an estimate. He said if the work is not doable, Angie's list would give me a refund. So I bought the deal. The estimator came out on a Saturday and quickly inspected the area. He did not climb into the attic, just looked around from the ladder. The prior owners of my house did not insulate the space above sunroom and my inspector recommended taking care of this to help with energy costs and overall comfort. Within two days, I had an estimate sent via email (very convenient) to have the entire house insulation upgraded. While I didn't ask for this, I do understand that this is how these companies make money. I called the owner to ask whether or not they could complete the work on my sunroom with the $99 Big Deal coupon and they agreed to come out that Friday (at my request). One of the reasons I rated them so highly is because the Big Deal coupon clearly states not to be used on "partial jobs", which is exactly what I wanted them to do. They came out a few days later, were on time and completed the work in less than an hour including vacuuming my garage afterwards. The workers were professional and friendly and it was a pleasure having them there doing the work. Since the work was done, I've noticed the house feels warmer not only in the sunroom but in the rooms adjacent to it. All in all, I will consider Trela for future roof and insulation related jobs.

Price was reasonable. Scheduling was easy. Work was done even faster than they had estimated. Crew was very courteous and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Workmanship seems to have been very good. Needed a little time to be sure roof was well patched where chimney had been removed. No leaks since. Everything went well.

There was excellent service. Everything was cleaned up afterward. Insulation certainly improved the heating in cold bedrooms.

They were very thorough when they came out for the estimate, and they were very professional when I told them I couldn't afford the whole project right now. When I get extra money I will go back to them.

The two gentlemen were prompt, placed tarp on the carpet, covered clothing in closet as the entrance to the attic was in the closet. They carried scraps of carpet that were in the attic to the garage for me. Very thoughtful. When they were finished they rolled the tarp and all was back to normal. They explained the areas they were able to insulate. I was very pleased.

The men that did the job were very hard working neat, clean and courteous. The only problem with the installation was they didn't have any kind of tool to reach out into the soffit to make sure it was clear of existing insulation so the roof can breath properly, they taped a crowbar to a broom handle and tried but how effective could that be? Also the square footage exceeded the amt that one coupon would cover so I was going to buy a second coupon but was advised by the salesman to just pay him the money instead of getting the coupon through Angie's list this seamed very unprofessional and bush league to me for a large roofing company like Trela. I'm still concerned that the roof is not breathing properly but I don't know of anyway to check.

After we purchased the big deal advertised for $250.00 for $500.00 worth of attic insulation, we were informed that the big deal would only cover a small part of the total cost. Due to our lack of knowledge, the actual cost was much more than we anticipated. Although, we wanted the work done, we were surprised by the cost. We will have the work done before spring of next year. The estimate was thorough and informative and we will use this company to complete the work before the coupon expires (3-31-13).

I had a problem with spillage on a section of my gutter. After a gutter cleaning & supposed repair (by another company) last year did not resolve the problem, I wasn't sure if the job wasn't done properly or if the problem was more serious. I saw the big deal offer for Trela roofing as an opportunity to get a second opinion or at least do this year's gutter cleaning. Within a couple of days after I bought the deal they contacted me to discuss my needs. Upon hearing the description of my problem and the type of building, I got what I thought was a very good and honest preliminary consultation over the phone. They thought that they might not be able to fix the problem and explained why, and said that the gutter cleaning on this type of building might be require more labor hours than the deal had paid for. However, they offered to send someone out for a free evaluation to make sure, and said that they would refund the money I spent on the deal if they determined that the job I needed done was not something they could do. As it turned out after the evaluation, they did the gutter cleaning for the cost of the deal, plus I got a good explanation of what the problem is with my gutter and some recommendations about what I would need to get done to resolve the problem.

In response to some sporadic leaks and following painters working on our dormers, we purchased a "Big Deal" for Trela to inspect our roof and perform minor repairs. They arrived punctually and readily went onto our roof, which is quite high and steep. They applied some sealant but argued reasonably that the woodwork where the dormers met the shingles would need to be replaced for a long-term fix. They were courteous and clearly explained the issues. They took photos and promised to send an estimate for that work but did not follow up with us.

They arived on time and completed the job quickly leaving no mess.

My experience with Trela Roofing as excellent. Soon after I purchased, I was contacted by the owner of Trela Roofing to schedule installation. He was very punctual, courteous, and answered any questions we had concerning the operation. I would definitely use this company for any services I might need related to roofing

We bought two of the Big Deals from Trela for housing insulation paying $249 for $500 worth, so a total of $1000 with a balance paid of $990 - total cost of $1490. This is slightly less than another company's estimate of $1500, but the other company started at over $2500 and gradually brought their price down as I kept telling them that I still had other estimates to get before I made a decision. Trela came out with their own ladder (the other company had to borrow ours,) and were very professional. The day of the installation, the workers arrived on time, cleaned up any mess and did a very good job. Since we just moved into this house, we are unable to compare utility bills from the previous winter, but since the existing insulation didn't even cover the joists in the attic floor, I have no doubt this house will be more efficient after adding insulation to 15 inches. We would definitely use them again. Somehow this review got put under Sound Construction. It should be for Trela.

Mr. Trella called several times to make an appointment that was mutually convenient. We talked about options, and he mentioned a solar powered fan (an upgrade from what I had purchased), not in any way to pressure me to change, but as a point of information. I liked the option and chose to upgrade. Once the appointment was set, the installers came right on schedule. They answered my questions, quickly did the installation, and even though they had other appointments to get to, took the time to talk to me again about the fan. Everyone from Trella was friendly, courteous, professional, and accommodating.

The service was okay. I did not realize the service did not include the electrical part and I have to get an electrician to hook it up.

Everything was handled in a professional manner - initial visit, follow-up visit for estimates, and installation of insulation. The workers explained the process for running the hose to the attic and blowing in the insulation to the specified depth. When they were done, they let me inspect the attic.

Wonderful and i hope to do business again and i will put the business out to all of my family and friends. AAAA++++
