Able to get in quickly on a cancellation. Work was done well and pleased with Trela.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It worked out really great. They were prompt. They returned the call but they were slow on getting the product in apparently they got it from the manufacturer and by the time it came in it was all good.

Went well. Only problem was a vinyl piece not reattached to the screen - Kevin came back the next day and corrected it. Very pleased with all the projects done by Trela.

These guys are really great! First, they came out and gave me an estimate and assessment of the damage, then scheduled a time for the work to be completed. On the day that the job was completed, they showed-up on time and did an extremely thorough job. They found stuff that we didn't see in the original assessment and fixed it all without exceeding their estimate. Besides doing a great job, they are super nice and communicate very well. Everything is very straight-forward with them and I really trust them. I have a few more jobs here that I need completed and I am going to call them to do it for sure.

It went very well when we met. I wanted to have them to start the job, but I had money issues, but I would definitely recommend them.

We were a little disappointing. He didn't get on the roof, he didn't bring a ladder. We were trying to salvage what we could, but he gave us an estimate for a whole new roof, which was much higher than the average price of a new roof.

They where on time and evry person in the crews where very professional, and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Ryan was very personable and came out in the evening to discuss our needs. He was very receptive and prompt at giving us a quote online. Only glitch was the wrong shingles were delivered and roofers didn't notice. I happened to check the package. Onsite manager was able to get the correct ones delivered w/o delays in job.

This was a special offer on Angie's List. They came out a few days after I called to inspect the roof. He explained everything that would be done. He did not try to sell me any extra services. I asked about a possible leak in the living room ceiling. He went into the attic and checked it out. Found no sign of a leak. A couple of weeks later a crew of two came out to perform the work. They call ahead to set up a time. Work was completed to my satisfaction. Very happy with the work and the cost. I will use them again when I need work done on my roof.

The workers arrived early, installed the fan and showed me (from the ground) where they installed it. After the fan was installed they asked if I had any questions and took time to address any concerns I had. They explained what they had done and told me the condition of the roof was good. The installers were prompt and professional. It is not possible for me to rate the workmanship since it was done on the roof and I did not physically see it. Overall the experience was uneventful and I would use them again.

We have an old Cape Cod home that is prone to getting very hot upstairs when the temperature rises above 80 outdoors. We have thought about getting an attic fan for a number of years to alleviate the issue. When I got the e-mail from Angie's List showing a $475 solar attic fan and installation special, it was time to act. I called Trela the day after I purchased the attic fan special. I was told that they only installed them on Saturdays, and that it would be a couple of weeks as they were a bit backed up. When I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, I contacted Trela. They called me back right away and said that they could do it on the following Saturday between noon and one, but that they would call when they were on the way. The installer actually arrived between 8:30 and 9:00, but we did not receive a call in advance. My wife and i were about to head out for another appointment. We were lucky, since if Trela had arrived a few minutes later, we would not have been home and been able to discuss where to put the fan. The young man who arrived to do the installation was very polite and professional and quickly reviewed the fan placement before we had to head out. When we returned home about an hour later the fan had been installed, and the Trela truck was gone. Everything seemed great, and the only minor quibble I had was that the cardboard cutting template for the fan showed up in the shrubs the next day. The fan began operating immediately, and the drop in our upstairs temperature was evident right away. We have noticed a much cooler second story during the week that followed installation with outside temps in the mid to high 90s all week. The fan is very quiet, and we do not hear it at all. Because the fan is solar powered, it costs nothing to operate. Based on our initial impressions, it appears to be a good investment. My only real complaint is with the pricing of the special. The cost was shown as $475, but when I called, I was told it would be an additional $200 if I had a pitched roof. Since most roofs are pitched, I would think that they could add it into the cost shown on the special. Since the actual installation seemingly took less than an hour, it didn't appear that the pitch of the roof caused enough of a problem to merit an additional 42% charge. Even at the actual cost of $675, the fan and installation price is reasonable. It just felt like there was a bit of a bait-and-switch quality to it.

Trela Roofing and Remodeling were okay.

The installers came and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable in regards to roofing and the job they were doing for us. They cut the hole out neatly, the installation went smoothly and no mess was left behind. They were very nice guys and we would not hesitate to use them for any future roofing work we would need done.

They had to come twice -- rained out the first time. Arrived on time both dates. Installation went quickly, and the workers were pleasant and helpful. As far as we know, all is working fine, although given it's on our roof and is solar powered, it's difficult to tell. That said, given our experience with the fan, I would be inclined to call for a roofing or gutter quote from the same company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very good.

They came out for roof maintenance, they were only at my home for 25 mins. They were supposed to give me a quote for residing the garage, and I have not heard back. I asked if they wanted the code for the big deal and the man said no. He stated that he was going to write out details of service and give me report and quote for the garage. I have never gotten anything back from them.

They were quick and thorough - finished in no time. I can't get up on the roof to see how well they did, but I haven't had any problems, so I trust that they did a good job.

They fixed part of a problem I wasn’t concerned with but they didn’t completely fix the leak by the skylight. They sent someone out who was rude and obnoxious. It was only five days over the one year warrenty. I had to get someone else to fix it.

Went great, they were on-time, job took maybe 2 hours at most. Got up on the roof, put the fan in, fan is working great.
