Arrived when I was told. Work done quickly & high quality- Very pleased.

Very well - 2 problems were discovered, an outside light had no junction box and a previous repair (from another contractor) was poorly done (an outside column was installed with no interior support pole causing that portion of the roof to drop 1 1/2 inches) . Trela pointed out the areas of concern and instead of me having to chase someone to fix - they were able to fix and repair everything and make it better than it had been before.

Men arrived on time and got right to work, explaining their progress as the work proceeded. Cleaned up after themselves and were very careful to avoid any damage to my property. Well pleased with their work.

The problem was taken care of by them two years ago. I think they replaced the roof; they thought it was a roof problem. Turns out actually they fixed it. Then last year, once they fixed it actually it's already winter time, so there's not much rain. Then when the weathers getting warmer and we get more rain, we notice it's not really completely fixed. When they first fixed it, we find out it's not very well. So, they came over and refixed it for free. That's why we appreciated them. Then after the winter and the spring and summertime, we see it again and see it's not fixed. I did several contacts, they sent a guy over and saying we need to replace all the roof. Of course, the price would be really high. We're kind of like okay we don't quite have that much.

This is my fourth experience with this company, and my impression of the exceptional quality of their work remains the same. This time around, I asked for a couple of smaller projects in furtherance of my long term objective of improving the ventilation in the attic spaces of my house.

Response was fast, someone came out immediately and I really liked how knowledgeable he was but he was suppose to send me a quote and I never heard from them again.

Caulking around chimmey and bathroom pipe were completed and so far 2 weeks later no leaks have appeared.

I paid for service, but never received it.

Ryan and his team did a beautiful job with a tearoff of an asphalt shingle mansard roof, and installation of DaVinci slate and copper flashing and gutters. They also installed new Pella windows. Everyone on the job was professional and kind (even to our giant dog). We had some unexpected paperwork demands at the end of the job, which Ryan met promptly. I'd definitely recommend Trela for anyone's roofing / window project.

Went okay. I got no more complaints about water coming in thru upstairs ceiling. We received a significant amount of rain that week. I was just glad to have the roof repaired. The building is a two flat so the roof is more than forty feet off the ground.

Great job, very professional, a bit pricey but well worth it.

Decided not to use due to quote being 4 and 5 times the that of other two roofer bids received.

It went very well. They inspected the attic told me there was no mold told me the insulation along the sides was fine air vents for not being blocked they also told me that my attic fan was broken not working and should be replaced.

All work was done very professionally, Arriving when promised and completed the job on time.
