Appointment took awhile to set up. Service performed was good.

Called back very promptly to set up inspection for estimate. (Some roofing companies I contacted said they would provide an estimate- but then didn't- because the job was small. Trela never treated the job as such-they were responsive and treated the job like a bigger project.) Very professional and courteous. The worksite was inspected and an estimate provided in a very timely manner. As soon as the permit was issued by the village, an appointment was made for the work to be performed. The repairmen arrived promptly as promised. The siding and trim work looked absolutely beautiful. Everything was repaired as promised. No mess was left and no plantings were harmed in any manner. Amazing work! I would highly recommend Trela Roofing and Remodeling.

All of the work was done over the course of about 10 days, with some delays occasioned by bad weather. The workers were very professional and the job site was left clean every day. We will definitely use Trela again - window replacements next........

Trela Roofing was very flexable with scheduling. They were on time and very professional. They left no dirt after their job was done. Most of all I noticed a tremendous change in the temperature in my house and the thermastat worked less. House is cozy now. Thanks I saved a great deal of money. other quotes from other companies were as much as $1800.

The Trela Company was on time. The work was price as my insurance company accepted. They were efficient and completed the work as they said.

If the provider had arrived within the scheduled time, then I would have provided all A's. Regardless, the work was done in a quick and efficient manner without any disruption to anything that i was doing in my home at the time. I would definitely use Trela Roofing again. The installer Kevin answered all of my questions and even did so a few days later when I had additional questions.

Estimate of $1,800 for replacing entire run of gutter. More that I want to spend. I'll check with another vendor to see if they can cut out and replace bad sections.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for blown-in insulation, which has been on our project list for a couple of years now. Everyone I dealt with at Trela was very professional and helpful. The man who came to look at our attic in order to provide the estimate was informative regarding the types and R factors of our options and let me know what he though we most needed (not the most expensive option). The two men who came to complete the job showed up on time and were professional, clean, and considerate. We are very happy with the job that was done.

Bought two coupons for 1,000 dollars worth of insulation for $428.00. When I chose the 12 inches of additional insulation the addition fee was only 528.00. Employee called and said they had a cancellation and advised they could come earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival they put drop clothes down wherever they had to walk. Both men were courteous and professional. Job done quickly and efficiently. Was very pleased. Subject advised me of another deal reference another problem that the same company was running and I have since purchased that.

They came out pretty quickly. Seemed very capable and knowledgeable. But the price they could quote just didn't compete with more local providers. The distance that they would have to travel to my job was just definitely the problem.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. I just wished I had read the fine print a little better. I didn't realise that the trigger on the thermostate was not temperature, it was precipitation. I am not living in the house yet, so I am not able to say if it is functioning or not, although the job looks fine from afar. The interaction with them was fine. They weren't bad, they weren't outstanding.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They came out and did what I asked them to do. They were courteous. I told them exactly what I needed to have done and he was able to resolve it. I thought that they were supposed to contact me as part of the Deal and I didn't hear back, so I had to contact them. I went back and looked at the Deal and saw that I was supposed to contact them, so it was more of a miscommunication. The price was fair but I didn't have much experience with it. I haven't had any issues.

The guy who came out was super nice and super knowledgeable. We ended up comparing apples to oranges so it was really not fair to them. I was interested in them because they were going to do a spray insulation which I thought may provide a better effect than a ceiling insulation probably would have but unfortunately the cost of the spray insulation over traditional rolled insulation was just so radically different that I just could not afford to do the job. They were great and the estimate was appropriate. It was just that when I saw it, it was not worth it. The guy may have been late but I think that they called me and said, "Hey, something came up. Is it okay if we come half an hour late?" but I do not remember exactly. They were great. It was just that the price was not what I was looking to spend on this project.

My roof was in pretty bad shape. It had 3 layers of shingles, rotting wood, etc... They completed the project in two days and it looks fantastic!
