It was great. I mean, it was really good. They were on time and they communicated well ahead of time. They did everything they said they were going to do. I was just very happy. I mean, they were very respectful of the house and my family. I think that was the biggest thing. I felt very comfortable having them in the house. I got a few different quotes and they weren't the cheapest, but they were in the ball park.

Contractor came out to look at job, quoted me a new price with additional work involved.

They did get back to me quickly after I purchased the deal. They were unprofessional and they were late. They said I needed a new chimney. He gave me an estimate for $1700. He admitted that I have a leak around the chimney, but he said that they could only replace the chimney - not seal it. I cancelled the deal and got a refund. He didn't do anything - he didn't go up on the roof. He took a picture from the ladder. They were coming out to get an estimate for more work, a bigger job. Once I declined, they were rude.

This company went above and beyond what was required. Part of the job was to blow insulation in a garage area, and they did a great job in both the attic and garage.

When they came out they pointed out a few issues that may need attention, for which I was grateful. However, they came out to the wrong house so I had to wait quite a while.

Communication with the company went very well. However, after consulting with a different company it is apparent that adding insulation won't fix the issue. Bottom line, we don't need the deal and would like a refund. Thanks!

The leak was bad, and it works.We sometimes get animals on the roofing and so they had been digging, and they had removed the flashing. They seemed to know exactly what was wrong,and they covered more. They came as soon as possible.

It was fantastic and very pleased with the work.

Things went well. I showed the company the space requiring the insulation, and he advised me that the offer would not be effective to correct the problem. We discussed the solution, and he advised me to seek a refund since the offer would be ineffective.

From the initial meeting to the end of roof replacement, everything went very smoothly. Trela Roofing was very courteous, prompt, and informative. They explained upfront what extra costs to expect, such as roof size, roof steepness, and plywood replacement. When actual work started, they took some pictures of the roof underneath and explained the need for new plywood. It was very convincing. Even though I was not home most of the time, I could see their professionalism through the cleanliness of the yard at the end of every workday. I am very happy with their work.

Ryan Trela was extremely prompt in responding. we met on 1/29/14 to look at work area. Ryan discovered mold in the attic area which has been a problem previously. I didn't want to install insulation in the area until we can find the reason for the mold. Ryan was OK with a refund.

The quote to insulate the attic ended up being $1,000-$2,000...minimum.

On 2/18/2014, we noticed leakage on the interior wall where the addition butts to the house (lots of snow in Chicago this year). Trela was out on the 20th, cleared the roof and checked for leaks. They identified 2 possible sources and repaired one i,mmediately and will caulk the other one when it gets warmer. They were very prompt and professional.
