The work appears to have done in a professional manner. Work force was polite, informative and efficient.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for 1 Solar Attic Fan. Within a day, I was contacted and was told to wait a few weeks for the fan to arrive and for the weather to improve. When the fan arrived, I was contacted again to schedule the install and was given the option to buy a second fan as well as a controllers/monitors for each. On the day of installation, the install of both fans were quick and was finished before the first controller was completed. All in all, it took about 2 hours for everything to be done. The total purchase price is eligible for a federal tax credit of 30%. However, I'm having problems claiming my local rebate (Illinois http://www.ussunlight.com/tax-incentives/solar-powered-attic-fans) . The price of the controllers and installation of them were a bit high though.

They were on time (before time actually) Kevin explained the process after assessing the problem. They finished in a timely manner and were very courteous.

Inspection was poor. Did not even measure my square foot attic. He just eye balled it. Estimates were not itemized to explain cost. Labor. Insulation. Etc. For an attic of 300 sq ft the rates given were outrageous.

Richa & company arrived a little early. Very professional & cleaned up nicely- would recommend.

I always check around and even if they do a "good job"; they're still not worth 10% of the down payment I put on the house.

Trela Roofing and Remodeling did what they said they would do. I didn't like what they did in one area and they came back and fixed it. They were timely. I can't complain. They charged me for what they did and took off the 500 for the big deal. I don't know how that works. They were pretty responsive. I didn't get any other quote and everything so I really don't know if I got the best deal. I got the 500 off. I think the figure is a little pricy in my opinion. It was my fault. It was insulation and it was a good brand. I guess what they used was good quality. I don't know if I would use them in the future. I would have to take more time to see if they were more competitive.

I had to get a refund because I was outside their service area. They were professional enough, though.

Overall it went well, he's a great guy, no issues at all. He provided a quote on the items we expressed interest on but I expected an overall report of what else may be wrong in the space. Again, I did not see him cover the entire space, perhaps he did and my expectations were a bit higher for $84.00. We basically received a quick quote for services.

He did not provided the service and I got a refund. But at least he called.

It turned out good. I would use them again.

It went well - we survived a harsh winter without any leaks!

They responded immediately to my call, explained the service (roof rakes, calcium chloride), and indicated that a team of 3 would be available in two days with a minimum cost of $600. As I had ongoing leaks, I continued to look and found a contractor who could come out the next day. They were very responsive and even followed up after the service was cancelled with a hand written note.

Person I spoke to scheduled an appointment. Called to verify appointment the day of appointment. Gave an estimate, on time when repair would take place. Repairers came out and replaced defective lead collar, showed me old lead collar.

They did a great job! they exceeded my expectations and were very courteous.

My experience went well. The staff was professional, but the increase in the original "Big Deal" offer seemed unnecessary, and I chose to get a refund because the above and beyond the original "Big Deal" pricing was too high. Trela Roofing added a significant cost because the "pitch of the roof was too steep". I chose another roofer who stated that the pitch of my roof was typical and no additional cost was needed.

The guy who came from Trela Roofing and Remodeling was very nice, on time and professional. Overall, they were good.

I was hoping to use the Deal for an insulation project in my basement, but they were not interested in this type of work, which was disappointing. I wish the offer had been clearer about the scope of the work. The overall grade is for Angie’s List, too, since the Deal wasn’t clear.
