Easy to schedule a free estimate. Prompt responses & very knowledgeable team. Installation was able to be completed earlier than expected and was done very quickly & efficiently. The installation team was polite and professional. I will use them again for any other skylight work. I will also be using them to apply aluminized silver coating to my roof.

Trela was prompt in calling me to set up an estimate and explained the R-values to me. Our space was underserved with an R-value not high enough for our location. They arrived on time and were very professional, cleaned up after the work was completed and was respectful of carpeted areas, using coverings for the stairs and hallways as well as their shoes. I have definately noticed a difference in temperature in our master closet. This area was always very hot in summer and cold in the winter. I would definately recommend the company for insulation needs.

This past winter did a number on our roof and had substantial leaking coming into the hours from a number of spouts. Trella was not the cheapest estimate I received but rather the most expensive I received. However, Ryan's attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge made me extremely comfortable and justified the additional cost. Ryan (the estimator) came onsite twice to view the project began and was there when the actual work began. His team arrived on time, courteous and left the job site cleaner than it was to begin with. I'm very happy with the work they completed and will absolutely use them again.

We were pleased with the job with the insulation so we called them back when a leak developed in a section of our roof. They told us that because it was the dead of winter we were out of luck and that we should just get ready for a flood. We called out other contractors who bid on the job and we were able to get a section of the roof replaced in the winter to stop the leaking and the rest of the roof done in the spring (again by another company). While we liked their service for the insulation, they were very unpleasant to deal with when we asked for a bid on the roof.

These guys were TERRIFIC. They were the lowest of three (Angie's List vendor) bids I got, and about 1/4 of the highest bid. They were more thorough than the other bids. And while I'd originally asked for my garage roof to also be estimated -- and was told no, the REASON was a great one: they didn't want to bid a job that needed more work than they could offer ("don't put a band-aid on something that needs stitches") -- but when they DID do the other work, the master carpenter thoroughly reassessed the garage roof, decided they COULD in fact do that work, and they bid on that reasonably, as well. The craftsmanship was great, they were respectful to my neighbors' yards, they cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, got the job done faster than promised, and were friendly and polite. I would certainly recommend them, and plan to use them again in the future.

I called to inquire about the cost of gutter cleaning and was quoted between $400-$500. I clarified that I had a small single family home and asked what that cost included, it was for gutter cleaning and downspout cleaning. When I checked his website I saw that his usual pricing was between $95 to $200 so I do not know why I was quoted so high. I suspect the price was high to discourage people from asking for that particular service.

I ordered an Angie's list deal last year, to finally address the heat collection issue in my 120-yr old attic; and of course, I forgot to schedule an appointment before the Feb Deal expiration date; Despite this, the team at Trela graciously honored the deal, and came out promptly on the day schedule; they accurately installed the fan, with no mess, and gave me a quick tutorial - great work!

Kevin of Trela Roofing and Remodeling in Everygreen Park IL told me what he had to do and how long it will take and where it should go. i got lucky and it went were the old fan was because it needed to face southwest so the panel didn't need to be open for the sun. will them again. AAAAA
