Excellent company from start to finish. Will use again!

Through research, I found that their prices are on the upper end, but reasonable compared to others and corporations. They do use only the best material, which adds to the cost. The owner is very flexible and responsive to any inquiries and remains professional. There is an unknown issue with my attic fan. It looks relatively new, but according to Trela, does not work and offered to replace it with the best fan money can buy. There was not much explanation as to why it does not work, so I was a little disappointed that they jumped straight into suggesting a replacement instead of seeing if it could be fixed. I will be in contact with them again if replacement is necessary. With that being said, I'm extremely satisfied with the insulation, the results were immediate, the day insulation was added, my home holds a lot more heat than previously, and I will assume it will be great for the A/C as well in the summer. For once I'm excited to see what next month's gas bill will be.

I live on the northwest side of Chicago and checked Angie's list for a reputable company to give me an estimate for my leaky roof. Trela Roofing and Remodeling had many high marks so I thought I would call as the site said they service Cook, DuPage and Will counties. Last I checked, I live in Cook county. I called this company today to set up an appointment for an estimate. Beware, only select portions of Chicago are eligible. They need to define their boundaries more clearly.

Overall, Ryan was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand how our roof was constructed and some of its limitations. Ryan's recommendations to insulate our attic seemed pretty valid, but were a lot higher priced than the other two estimates we received so we decided not to go with him company for the work.

I had a misunderstanding about this deal. The quote was a little bit higher than what I had expected. I may use them in the future.

I ended up getting a refund because they did not have the tools needed for the service.

It took a little while to get things set up and to schedule the work (though it was late December/early January), but once they were here they did a good job and were very friendly and professional. The price seemed a bit high, although it was lower than another quote we got from Licitra Roofing, and the company seemed to be a well run operation. They replaced to skylights and some surrounding roofing material.

Oustanding company, will use again, and recommend to others.

Everything was great. The guys arrived on time, got set up quickly and work done efficiently.

-From time of payment til job completion-3 months. -All employees were courteous & kept me informed for the most part. -3 days after work was completed I had to call them to remind them the work was not fully completed.

Highly recommend! I used an Angie's List voucher for roof insulation in our attic. Scheduling was easy. Crew was on time and kept everything clean.

Really pleasant experience all round. Ryan was very friendly, knowledgable and actually talked me out of doing a more expensive option. The two guys that actually carried out the work were very professional, hard working and fast. Also very good to clean up after themselves. I've noticed a real improvement in the warmth in our house since the work has been done.
