Wonderfully. Ryan was a very knowledgeable pro and gave me an insulation estimate on the same day. He also found an antique Dutch Oven in the attic dating from 1920, so we've gotten an heirloom in the bargain.

they were very thorough with the inspection

It went well, but they left a pile of brand-new, heavy shingles on the ground on the north side of the building. I don't understand why they're wasting them and they're very hard to carry away. We don't know what to do with them.

He NEVER, even, went into the attic part of my house! Just stood at my attic openings with a little pen flashlight. Then, going to tell me that I needed more insulation on one side of my house. When I asked for his estimate; he stated that he had to go back to his office, to work it up. Then, stated that he will email it to me. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CONTACT FROM HIM, AGAIN! HE JUST RIPPED ME OFF! I FIGURE THAT HE DEALT WITH AN IGNORANT WOMAN! When I attempted to request a refund from Angie's list ... ANGIE'S LIST APP WOULD NOT PROCESS MY EMAILS (I ATTEMPTED LOTS OF TIMES) AND, OF COURSE, MY CALLS WEREN'T TAKEN BECAUSE I HAVE TO BE PAYING FOR IT! SO, AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, ANGIE'S LIST HELPED HIM RIP ME OFF! NOW, ANGIE'S LIST IS HASSLING ME, BY EMAIL, FOR A REVIEW! WELL, HEAR IT IS ... I WAS RIPPED OFF! I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR! I WILL NOT BUY FROM, OR TRUST, THIS BUSINESS, AGAIN! NOW, LET'S SEE IF THIS REVIEW IS UPLOADED!

Went very well from the get-go. Rich & the guys were very receptive to some of my "hints."

Ryan was on time and gave us a honest analysis of the condition of our attic.

Did a good job. Took the time to reattach the yard gutter extensions to the downspouts. Left everything neat and clean.

It went great. They had to run electricity for new wall switches and venting through an upstairs closet and out the roof. They showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. They updated us with progress as they went along. I was concerned about new carpeting getting messed up going up and down stairs. However they laid drop clothes everywhere they walked and cleaned everything up before they left. You'd never know anyone was doing work in here. The fan and light work great. Wish I'd done it a lot sooner. Will hire Trela Roofing in Evergreen Park again and again when needed. They do so much more than roofing.

Great; we hired them for a new roof at our old house, bought a new house in the interim, and they cheerfully switched gears. It was a difficult job and there were extended delays while they waited for the City to cover electrical lines. We would use them again and felt that they were extremely professional and responsive.

They did a very nice job and made sure to haul away debris and clean up after the job. Their responsiveness was a little slow for scheduling but they were much better in this regard than any of the other roofing contractors I called.

Came on time, professional workers & did job well. Highly recommended. Would hir again.
