We hired Trela to replace the 100 year old skylight on a 6 flat building. They were very helpful in helping us find the right solution. They were professional, punctual and responsive -- and did a great job on the skylight.

It was okay. We ended up not going with them for the work. We got a bid from them that put more insulation in and they were a little higher than the people we ended up going with. They were fine, they were on time. I felt like they were sewing up something that we didn't really need. They said we needed more insulation than we ended up putting in. They were fine.

Everything was done professionally.

Keven was on time, performed the services and was very friendly. He let me know how long it would take and was very professional. I would have Keven back anytime.

After choosing Trela, they came in a few days and did the repair. I did not need to take a day off of work for them to be there and that was much appreciated.

To be fair there are two parts to our experience. One was with Mr. Ryan Trela while the other was with the estimator and supervisor Mike Hagadus and the crew that did the work. If you can avoid dealing with Mr. Ryan Trela, do. We gave a deposit on November 10, 2014, and were told that Trela worked year round except in severe weather. When I did call to ask where we were on the calendar, Ryan was short and brusque. After calling more than once in March we were told they never said they worked around the year. That part of our experience was not fine. To come forward to our final experience, we can only say we were extremely pleased. Mike Hagadus. the chief estimator is a perfect gentleman and easy to deal with. The work men were headed by Bill Anderson, Kevin Gordon and one other worked side by side with him. All these men were professional, honest, courteous, and fine master craftsmen. Our entire experience was wonderful. I would recommend them without any hesitation. Once the work started in April 2015, it went very smoothly. They very carefully designed protection, from falling debris, for the glass conservatory roof which abutted the cedar back, being replaced, and steadily worked till late in the evening each day and did a really fantastic job. The windows were installed with trim which were painted to perfection. They left the place clean and as it was before they did the work. We have no regrets. We applaud these men for their work ethic.

Ryan was prompt and professional. He checked various areas of roof and attic insulation. He promptly emailed estimates.

Workmen arrived on time. Explained what they were going to do. Cleaned up.

The weather was cold and windy. They explained at the low temperatures they would not be able to do the job. They explained they would call back when the weather was better but they never did return my call.

They came at about the time stated and were finished earlier than planned. Glad for this. Answered questions clearly.

The service went pretty well. One technician came out and completed the work in about an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable and punctual. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Inspector was very professional and knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell me a lot of services like a previous contractor. He recommended a few easy fixes and some areas where additional insulation could help. Opted to go ahead with the additional insulation. My calls were answered quickly. Very accommodating with scheduling problems. Covered floor and furnishings while doing work and thoroughly vacuumed areas when finished. Expected them to request payment when done but was told I would be sent an invoice for payment. Pleasant experience. I would hire them again.

The attic service was good, they showed up on time, they were profession and there were no issues with the service. The work they did on the shingle repair was different. They came out without calling first and they climbed on the roof when I wasn't home. My wife was at home alone and was scared because she didn't know why someone was on our roof. The shingles that they installed did not match what I have on the roof so it doesn't match. There is no way to reach the provider, their communication is not the best. You get a message about 90% of the time you call them.

Everything was fine except for the price which I didn't know how to compare.
