Our inquiry was answered right away with a visit and estimate that we felt was very reasonable. Our order took longer than at first thought which wasn’t a problem since we were not on a time frame however once the shutters were installed, it was well worth the wait. They make our house took beautiful & were installed perfectly.

Bill and his crew were excellent. Showed up at 8 A on the day walked me through the process, did the work, and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't ask for more.

Individuals arrived on time & assessed the areas that required insulation & began working right away. They ensure the areas were cleaned after the job was completed.

I did not get the estimates from the contractor once he was out. I requested for one but he didn't come back. I did not pay more than $49 of the big deal. They could have provided an estimate and it would have been perfect. When he came out to look things over what he provided was better than what I expected. I was very happy with them, and was surprised that he never came through. He called right away and came out right away.

Didnt go with them. They are ripoff artists.

Ryan was quite prompt with email correspondence right from the start with setting up a time for the estimate work etc. He was like Within 10-15min. of set time. ( I was given a window of about an hour) The estimate was fair considering.

Trela had repaired garage roof previously and that’s why we called on them again.

The estimate was shockingly high. I have a reference point since I have estimates from two other providers on Angies List. The highest estimate I had previosly received was $5,888. I thought for a minute that the estimate was for my house, but it was actually for the garage. I would be spending what amount to 5% of the entire cost of my house to make my garage look pretty. I only paid $5,000 for a new roof on my house! How is it possible it could be this high? I don't know, because there is no itemization, just one number- the final number. This company needs more transparency with their estimates. The company also slipped in things I never asked for, including roof vents (on a non-heated, detached garage). This makes me question their integrity. The grade of F is very simple. The only thing I asked for was a price, and the one you gave was too high. There is no need to be insulted that I'm not using you, and slip sarcasm into your response. The other providers who gave me estimates also won numerous awards on Angies List, and one did all of my windows in my home. The price is WAY WAY out of bounds. I'm not sure why the company includes what amounts to a marketing brochure with their estimate, but I find it unnecessary and distasteful.

This is my first Angies List review and it could not be more deserving. Crew showed up as scheduled and made sure hallway and bed room path were covered. Sprayed 15 inches of insulation (R-38 insulation) of over existing insulation in attic. No dust or debris left behind in bedroom or closet (attic entry way) Overall Trela Roofing did a very good job for us from the bidding till the insulation itself. We highly recommend
