Description of Work: Sprayed insulation in my attic crawl space. There was a break in communication for more than a week. Then, they called to say they were waiting on more material was the reason. Sure would've been nice to know during that week. After all was said and done, They showed up promptly and we're finished within 45 min. I can already tell the difference in cooling!

Description of Work: Bought the Angie's list deal for a fan that goes on the roof. Sorry, we forgot the amount we paid and the date they installed that fan. They put in the fan. Since we bought that Angie list deal -- after the fan was put in -- we did not pay anything more. As they were leaving, we said, "they did the job in less time than we expected."

Description of Work: In October we signed a contract for roofing work to be done in the early spring. We gave him a deposit to hold for the winter. Later in the year the salesman returned to sell my wife a substantially more expensive roof than was in the originally signed contract. We gave him a larger deposit. He returned yet again to explain that though the contracts specified that the gutters would not be disturbed it was now essential that our perfectly fine gutters be removed and replace by new gutters and that was absolutely no way that they could be reused. We would be surprised that the entire process would take only two days. | In April we were told by the salesman that the work would be done soon thereafter. We prepared our home, taking everything off of our walls as he instructed. No call to start the project. Our house was littered by wall hangings on the floor in every room. More text messages. No work in April. No work by mid- May. More promises from the salesman...then the comment that "I have nothing to do with scheduling and have no idea when your work will be done." I asked for a refund. The owner called and arranged for the work to begin in late May. It took two weeks not two days. During the project it actually rained in our bathroom - they seemed not to care whether the interior of the room was damaged by the water and didn't even have the wisdom to directly discuss this with me since "we fixed it and it shouldn't happen again." | The roof now looks excellent and it hasn't rained again inside our home - so I am pleased. I have the sense that they try hard to do a good job and take pride in their work. The communication between their sales folks and those who do the work seems remarkably flawed.

Description of Work: The work I needed was to extensive for the company. They were unable to give a bid. They can out the same day to do the estimation. However, the person who came did not make a good first impression due to inappropriate behavior but he was apologized.

Description of Work: We have a small leak in the roof of a home we just bought. Mike from Trela came out as promised and assessed the situation to come up with a solution. He offered some suggestions, but understood our situation financially so we came up with a solution. Extremely nice and *honest*. Will not sell you what you don't need! In the future when we do need to replace the roof, I will not hesitate to call them back!

Description of Work: We first used Trela in Fall 2013 to install a stairwell skylight, inspect our roof, and seal the parapet(?). Their work was outstanding and we decided to use them again when we needed a new awning/front porch roof and also packaged silver coating for our flat roof, too. Again, the work was top notch with absolutely no complaints. Their price was not the cheapest of our estimates but was competitively priced. My mother and I chose them because they were open about what needed to be done and their process. They were receptive to our questions and didn't hesitate to explain 'what was what' and their family history and warranties can't be beat!
