They did an excellent job! They were very detailed and went above and beyond to make sure all of the brick around the house is in good shape. It worked out very good. The guys who put the roof on were very good. The roof is only a few months old so time will tell. There were about 6 or 7 guys. I would definitely recommend them.

I received an estimate on Thursday with an explanation of what needed to be repaired. The work was completed on the following Tuesday. They went above and beyond the services originally quoted.

The crew was prompt. They began on time and completed the entire project in two days. This included a complete tear off and repair of roofing substrate. And even when it rained they waited to make sure the job would be done on time then cleaned up so well that you wouldn't know they were there. Tony was great, he stayed in contact to make sure I was pleased and came after the job was done to make sure it was up to his standards. Great job by this company and the service warranty is an added bonus.

I had a guy here less than one hour after I called. After his initial check, the boss called and negotiated a fair price. Not only did the repairs go quickly and look good, several additional problems with the first company's work was found and repaired within the original cost. No additional charge. The interior inspection revealed no damage and set my mind at ease. Got advice on insulation and was given a healthy estimate on how long the roof would last before I have to consider a new one. Rather than give me a doom and gloom outlook to try and up-sell me a new roof, the outlook was honest. I felt like I paid for repairs and piece of mind. After previous issues with past roofing companies who would rather do bad work or not show up because of the small size of the job, these are my guys in the future!

Kerry Mason provided exceptional tuckpointing services. They were very professional and responsive to our needs. Throughout the job, they repeatedly asked for our thoughts on our work. They were more than happy to repair brick layer that we thought needed to be ground and remortared. We have 3200 square foot, two floor house that is completely made of brick; it took them approximately 8 hours to fix all the brick layer on our house. Overall, they were exceptional and would definitely use them again.

I called to get an estimate and Tony was quick to respond. He came out to investigate the next day and provided us with an estimate. I thought we just needed a repair, but as it turned out we needed to replace part of the chimney and the whole roof. I had received another estimate, which was much higher in cost and the provider would not even do a patch for me (due to the cost to replace a whole roof). Tony said he'd do the patch, but highly recommended the new roof. He empathized with the unexpected cost and made me feel like I was in good hands. We awarded the job and Tony came by that weekend to help us pick out shingles and do one last view of of the house. He told us that the team would start on Monday a.m. (weather pending), do the chimney first and then come back the next day to do the roof. As promised - they showed up right on time and fixed the chimney. The next day they measured for materials, and on Wednesday arrived to take down the roof. A five man (maybe more) crew showed up and started at 7:00 a.m. By the time I left at 7:30 a.m. they were half done taking down everything (it was very loud - if you're having this done - don't try to work at home during the install). Tony texted me around 2:00 to tell me that they were complete! The roof looked beautiful and he even fixed a gutter that was a little off kilter - for no charge. All in all it was a GREAT experience from start to finish. I could tell that Tony cared about his doing an expert job for the home owner, he communicated well with us, everything went smoothly, and had I not known that we had work done on the house, I would never have know that there was a crew in my yard (they took great care to cover and clean up everything)! Additionally, Tony was kind enough to leave some extra shingles for us just in case we need them in the future. While we probably will not need to put another roof on the house - if we did, I'd absolutely go with Kerry Roofing and Masonry again! In fact - funny side story, the day between the chimney repair and the roof replacement, a young man came to our front door to ask if we wanted a free estimate on fixing our roof, my husband told him we were having it done the next day. He asked if my husband would share who we chose, and when he said 'Kerry' the young man said, 'Yeah, they're really good.' Praise from the competition...you can't beat that!

Job went very well. They got back to me right away after my first contact, worked with my schedule and got my roof fixed less than two weeks later. Very responsive. The repairs seem to have been done very well and they were very careful with our house.

They showed up when they said they would, were friendly and professional, delivered an estimate in a timely fashion and followed up appropriately. We had four estimates done. We chose Kerry because of all the above and the reasonable estimate and assessment of our needs that they provided. We would not hesitate to call for other work in the future or recommend them to others.

Fantastic job! I just needed one worker to repair several joints that had developed cracks between bricks (probably from water penetration). The employee was very professional and explained how the repairs would be done before starting. Drop cloths were put down to protect the ground where work was being done. After the joints were chiseled out and filled with new mortar, the worker showed my the finished job to make sure that I was happy. Moreover, the worker went above and beyond the job because of his attention to detail in spotting a few other areas that needed some tuckpointing that I did not ask about previously. Also, the worker had explained what steps I should take to address any possible water penetration I could be having from my roof. The reason I use Kerry Masonry is that continue to receive excellent service from them. Every job they do is as important as the next, regardless of the size of the job. It's good to know that they take so much pride in their work.

We were satisfied with this project. The quote was a little higher than other companies but it came with a 5 year warranty which was a longer time period than others. Additionally, other companies didn't want to rebuild the whole chimney from the roofline up and we wanted that done. They were prompt in finishing the work and communication was also good. We had some questions about using our fireplace, which they were happy to help answer a few months later. Recently our rain guard came off in the high winds (this is common) and they came out to put it back on.

Great. Jim from Kerry arrived shortly after my inquiry and provided a same day quote for the work. I was anxious to repair the roof after some leaking in the winter, so I was very appreciative of the quick response. The quote was fair in my opinion for the work done and was much lower than another provider quoted me. The work was completed three days after it was quoted and completed in a half day. So far (a month later) as is well with no leaks and a noticeably warmer back room due to the insulation installed.

Very professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately I was too far out of their service area for them to do the work but the gentleman I talked to went out of his way to help me out over the phone and advise me on what to look for when looking for a company. If you are in their service area, I highly suggest you give them a call and get an estimate. Really good guy.

I called on Saturday morning looking to schedule an estimate. The owner came by within an hour, looked at the chimney with me, explained how they would go about the job, quoted me a fair price, and had the work done on Tuesday. They even took American Express. Couldn't be happier.

My 1890's home needs special care, so when I noticed that part of the stone foundation wall in my basement was crumbling, I called Kerry. Pierce came the next day, assured me that it could be fixed, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Not only that, but he didn't try to oversell services, which I really appreciate. He sent his best employee to come the very next morning. Of course the work was done to perfection. If you have an old house, trust Kerry Masonary.

I had an estimate a day after I submitted the request. The job went smooth from A to Z thanks in apart to Bob who was the on the job foreman for the mason's. Bob was always willing to listen and wanting to make sure everyone was on point. Part of the repairs needed was the flashing around the chimney. Which required a roofer, not under Bob. The roofer came out while it was raining outside. I called Bob who ran point with the roofing foreman to put off the work until after the rain. I had a further issue with the roof, the hip of the roof had the wrong shingle, so it was blowing in the wind, one call and they were out the next day to correct the problem.

They came out to give me an estimate. Very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. He was very honest in his recommendations.

The owner came out with an estimate that we deemed fair, and they were able to do the work at my first available day. They even came early and worked throughout the whole day, even though we found additional spots to fix. Not only that, but they used the remaining mortar to fill in spots in the ground corners that was never included in the estimate.

I'm quite satisfied with the work and I'm quite satisfied with the job. I used them again because I used them in the past for the masonry. I don't have a problem with them at all. I would recommend them highly.

The services provided were excellent. They went above and beyond the services I asked for. Everything turned out perfectly! They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did an amazing job.

Tony and his crew were courteous and professional. They showed up on time with a good sized crew. They knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done beautifully. Because we needed access from our neighbor's yard, there was a concern about how well they would clean up. All materials were taken away. You couldn't even tell they had been there except that the building looked 10 times better than when they came. We plan to use them in the future.

Tony was great to speak with as always. We determined that it was time to stop patching the roof and get a new one. I needed the chimney tuck pointed too and Tony smartly suggested getting it done before the new roof goes up because of the dust and mess. It looks great with a new cap and rain guard. I have a steep roof and they still completed almost all of the shingles in one day and only needed a half day after to finish the details. Tony came by to follow up and point out some extra venting and diverting they were able to give me at no extra charge. I'm happy enough to have them do another job with even more jobs in our future.

Kerry is one of three estimates I am looking at. Decision on contractor will be made very soon.
