Description of Work: Tuck pointed chimney. Added diverters to the roof to send water in other directions. Removed satellite dish and patched holes in the roof. |They were very good at what they did. I believed it was overpriced since they usually do bigger jobs. They seem to take a long lunch. Make sure you get a written estimate. I failed to do that. |

Description of Work: Tony came out to assess roof and masonry and gave good feedback and separate estimates for both jobs, as requested. He was present to oversee portions of both jobs. --- Garage roof was replaced and missing house shingles /damaged gutters replaced in less than a day despite slight rain delay. Workers were extremely efficient and professional, and clean up was thorough. --- Extensive masonry repair on one water-damaged corner of the house, and additional spot grinding/tuckpointing were expertly and efficiently done by Marc Roberts and his crew of Bob Rainbolt and Brant, despite extreme heat conditions. Marc's and crew's expertise, attention to detail, and ongoing explanation of the process were much appreciated. The crew was very courteous and professional, took great care to protect property and plants, and cleaned up site thoroughly. I am very pleased with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend Kerry to others.

Description of Work: The owner came out quickly to give an estimate. The tuck pointing work to replace weathered joints and mortar cracks on our bungalow's front stoop, brick back porch, and wall in garage was done promptly and well. The crew was professional, courteous, pointed out areas that needed work that I had missed, repeatedly invited my inspection while the work was being done and cleaned up completely. This is the second house of ours that they worked on. I continue to be pleased with all the work that was done.

Description of Work: Kerry Mason did a complete tear off and re-shingle of my home, garage and attached breezeway. They also completed a chimney repair that consisted of a tear down to the roof line and rebuilding, and installing a new liner. All work was preformed as described and in a good manner. They were willing to work with me on scheduling to meet timeline of other being preformed by others. I will recommend them to any of my friends and family

Description of Work: Removed one way squirrel door from roof line, replace chewed fascia around bay window and patch a 8 inch hole in masonry behind the down spout along roofline. | |Initially it took a while to get some out to view my property due to scheduling and a parade occurring near my home. When the representative did finally make it out he was courteous and very through in assessing my property. Once a date was selected and work began, it took them no more than 3 hrs to complete the work. They even removed a beehive on my roof and sealed openings so that they could not return. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Caulk base of home on south wall. Beautiful job, very satisfied. Mix up on start time, I called and worker was there in 15 mins, impressed. After the worker arrived and I better understood the scope of work to be done. I talked to Pierce about the price, he willingly and immediately worked out a price to my complete satisfaction.
