Perfect.This was the 4th roofing company I contacted. Either I did not get a return call or was told that the job was to small or that they don't do mobile homes. Kerry roofing kept Every appointment on time. I went to their location 1st because I wanted to see the office to be sure I was dealing with a real company and not a fly by night person. They are knowledgeable and were very to the point. They showed me the roofing options and the warranty. Gave me the packet and an estimate for the job to take home and decide if and when I wanted to do the job. I was a bit surprised that I didn't get the high pressure sales pitch I always get, I am a female and I know nothing about roofing. When I discussed the options with my daughter (this is her home the work was needed) we decided and called to schedule. They came to our location looked at the roof, took the deposit and scheduled. They applied for the permits and made all arrangements needed. The crew showed up with the dumpster to remove the debris, they laid tarp to catch any loose debris and protect my landscape and the neighbors. Since the roof had a major leak long term (this was a new trailer we bought and it had a lot of problems we did not see when we bought it-my point is I am a female and know nothing about trailers or roofs. Our first rainy night was a monsoon through the roof ) they inspected the headers and insulation and gave us photos so we knew what needed fixed in the walls that were affected by the long term rot. 1 wall had rot and mold and needed replaced. The roof was completely removed and replaced with new plywood covered with snow shield, the stacks were replaced and the roof was shingled in a few hours. They swept, removed the dumpster and did a walk around with me before the inspector arrived. the inspection was done, all in the same day. This was August of 2017, and the roof is everything we were promised. They applied an Angie's list discount that I did not know existed. Also, I was told by a relative this was going to cost a lot more than what I was quoted. Overall this company is everything a company should be. Honest, reliable, quality work. I would tell everyone to call them 1st.

Jim and his crew did everything from permit to clean up and haul away. Excellent crew! They were done so fast that I was worried if it was done right. Over a year later since the replacement and no problems at all. I highly recommend this company.

Great. We are selling our house and during the inspection, they found a couple bricks missing from our chimney. We called Kerry and they arrived on time and gave us a great price for the chimney repair, cap, and liner. Very quick to respond. We are very impressed with this company and would definitely use them if ever needed again.

Spoke with Tony November 13th, 2017, made an appointment but no show. I listened to apologies, stayed patient, rescheduled, but no show again.

Very well, Jim Anderson and the entire crew were professional and took the time to explain the process at the beginning and during the project. I will use them for my upcoming (Spring) masonry project.

Tony the foreman came out to price the job and was great. He deliverd as promised and was able to complete the job weeks before other companies said they could start.

I can't say enough about working with Pierce. He is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I have used him several times. The last time I used him, I asked Pierce to solve a problem that was very difficult to diagnose. He quoted me a price but told me not to send him a check until I was convinced they had corrected the issue. And, he said he would keep coming back until they solved the problem and I was happy. How's that for being fair? They are the best!

Pierce and the crew were very professional, did a great job. I was unaware of all of the dust that would be produced from grinding the bricks in preparation for the tuckpointing, I think if there is a next time, I would properly cover some items. The crew did a good job in cleaning up and the price was very affordable.

Tony came by the next day after calling to give me a quote. Received the information the same day, Called on a Monday to confirm start and by Wednesday the job was done. Could not be happier with the work performed. Everyone involved was courteous, on time, and the job was cleaned up. Highly recommend to anyone needing roofing or masonry work.

i can echo all the positive reviews for kerry roofing. they replied promptly to my inquiry and answered all my questions promptly, courteously and completely. they provided a competitive estimate and then they came on time and finished everything exactly as promised. the new roof has been on the house only a month or so, so i cannot speak about longevity. but the early experience has been problem free. i secured several bids on this job. it is not always an easy process. kerry was, overall, ahead of the competition, and i'd recommend them without hesitation.

Pierce came out and after carefully examining the lintels, estimated the cost of replacing the lintels at about $2,500 but recommended that my co-worker simply clean off the rust, and then prime and paint the lintels with Rust-o-leum or a similar product. He said that even though the rust appeared very heavy, the lintels were still structurally sound. I am not aware of many contractors who will take time to assess whether a major repair is necessary even where it appears necessary to a layman and then tell you that you don't need to do a major repair. My co-worker and I have used Kerry Masonry & Roofing for separate masonry projects and were happy with the quality, price and service. I highly recommend them.

The finished gutter is superior and aesthetically pleasing. Professional work done with great attention to detail. Extremely satisfied with the outcome and the expense. I definitely would recommend Kerry Masonry.

Their quote was very concise and everything that they were going to do. The only reason I did not use them is their price was a little out of my market. I was using insurance funds. I was trying to stay within my insurance budget. I really thought about hiring them and putting my own money in there but in the end I did not do that. They were really concise.

It went fine. Workers were here very early, finished by noon. Cleaned up well.

The guys at Kerry Masonry were very focused on customer satisfaction. Pierce, the owner, came over to assess what needed to be done, and got me a quote. Bobby Rainbolt's team came to do the work. I needed glass block windows replaced. It was unclear during the assessment that my windows were very old, and an uncommon size. This added some complexity to my job, but they were committed to getting it right so that I was satisfied, and I was. Looking forward to hiring Kerry again.

Well, this wasn't my first time using Kerry Masonry and Roofing and it won't be my last. I'm a real estate investor and I'm constantly acquiring distress properties. I'm aways in need of qualified and reliable contractor. My most recent property had some serious work to be done, the entire roof was damage and needed to be replace also the exterior was in desperate need of tuck pointing. I called Kerry Masonry and Roofing, within 24 hours a representative was at my property accessing the damage to the roof and my tuck pointing issues. Their estimates for the roof replacement and tuck pointing represented a fair market value to me, we agreed on the price, the work begin in 3 days. Their foreman and crew were very professional and focused on the job at hand cleaning and removing debris as they work this made the job move much faster. Upon completion and my inspection i found their work to be exceptionable as with their past services. I will continually recommend Kerry Masonry and Roofing to all my investor friends and you will to, they do great work in a timely manner and at a fair price. Kerry Masonry has an A on your list and it should not. I was having some roof work done and the roof people told me that my chimney was crumbling and that I needed to get a tuck pointer pretty quickly. So the roofers stopped their work and I called Kerry Masonry because they had done work for me before. The owner is a nice person and his tuck pointers seemed to do good work on those previous jobs. When the roofers came back, they said that the tuck pointing on the chimney was a disaster. They took a picture and showed me what the Kerry mason had done. The roofers had put a board in a 15 square inch hole in the chimney, to keep animals out of the house while they worked on the roof.. The tuck pointer put mortar over that board instead of taking the board out and repairing the chimney. Imagine a wooden board in part of your chimney. What was he thinking? The roofers said the entire job was the worst work they had ever seen. I stopped the check and called the owner to explain why. He told me I should have called him and he would have taken care of the problem. But by then I had lost faith in their work.

I really liked the gentlemen, but I ended up going with someone else. I really like him and I would of used him, but I had already contracted with someone else. They were very helpful. Like I said they did not do the work. They just came to give me an estimate, so they were very friend, courteous, and they gave me an estimate. I felt that they were knowledgeable. He was busy, so he came out when he could and that is why I didn't use him, because he was not able to. I have contacted other people that was able to get the work done because it needed to get done before the renters. He is fine. He is very professional.
