Kerry Masonry & Roofing

We contacted Pierce who responded immediately to our request for an estimate. He emailed us a proposal the following day. We had obtained a few estimates prior to this one at lower costs. However Pierce pointed out very specific issues that had to be addressed regarding the installation of the patio (proper drainage of water away from our home, as an example). Other contractors did not address this very important issue which we believe could have presented a big problem. We agreed on a day and time to begin the work. Andy and Francisco arrived promptly, and were met by Pierce to review the specs. They worked diligently for 2 days. We were impressed by their focus on every detail of the project from start to finish. Our questions were answered clearly throughout the process by either Pierce (by telephone; always accessible) or the workmen which was very much appreciated. Cleanup was excellent, and we were requested to look it over to be sure it met our approval before we gave final payment. We felt completely at ease with the quality of their work and their expertise. We would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone. BTW...all of the gentlemen were extremely nice and gracious. Thank you Andy, Francisco and Pierce for a job very well done, for your professionalism and for your expertise. They did a great job, chimney looks brand new. Men worked all day, very professional, very courteous. Company foreman stopped by to check work. Very pleased with work performed. Little rough on the landscaping though, trampled my flowers (they're dead), broke the decorative lights. I would definitely call on them again, I just should have protected plants and removed the lights. I shouldn't expect workman in heavy boots to tiptoe over and around when they had such a big job to do. Very impressed with everyone I came in contact with from Kerry Masonry and the work performed.

I sought three estimates and Kerry Masonry came in the best. They were able to do the work thoroughly and quickly, and in a very no nonsense manner. If I ever needed masonry work, I would hire them again! Great job and thanks!

Came the week before and gave an exact estimate. Set up a date to return to perform service. Arrived on time (7am) and worked until job completed about 530Pm. No problems.

The crews were on time and friendly. Made sure all aspects of finish were to my liking. Went above and beyond by accomodating little extras I requested. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Pierce's team did a great job on the new porch (one step) in front of house. There were railings attached from the existing porch to the overhead attached to the front of the house. They took great care in placing railing back in new porch using two by fours to secure railings to side of house. I also had them pour concrete on a step on the side of the house that was starting to crack. The bottom of the step was starting to fade away due to the elements. Everything from start to finish was done with great care!

Went well. We had removed a 12 ft round swimming next to a patio (the old patio extended around about half the pool and so left a large circular hole. Kerry's employees cut the concrete to make the opening squarem framed it in, compacted a stone based, and drilled and installed tie rods on any side that new cement was meeting old in order to decrease the chance of portions sinking out of line with others. The crew of three worked quickly, the finisher was obviously experienced and talented and they swept and cleaned after themselves. I am very pleased with the work they did.

We were very pleased with the work. The gentleman who came out was very personable and trustworthy and the guy who did the work was very nice. They were very thorough on the cleanup and did an excellent job on the chimney cap.

They responded OK. They gave me the quote a week after I've contacted them. There was work that needed to be done but they would have to come out to see it. The price seemed to be high and the work seemed to be more than I wanted them to do.

Contacted Kerry Masonry for a quote. Was met promptly at the property and discussed the problem. Received a quote the next day and arranged for the work to be performed that Saturday. I was told they would contact me shortly before finishing, which they did. I went and met Bob and Rory to review the work. They were very professional and had performed excellent work.

The estimator called the day before to confirm our appointment to replace our asphalt driveway with concrete; and called again when he was about 30 minutes away. He was very friendly and courteous while measuring, and gave what I feel was a fair estimate for a concrete driveway. However, the cost was out of our range, so we decided to stay with an asphalt driveway.

Beautiful job. The cap on the flower bed was crumpling and was detracting from the curb appeal of the house. I had no idea what I was going to do to solve the problem I was afraid I would have to tear the flower bed out which I hated to do because it was original to the house. Once the job was complete it looked brand new and made such a difference in the look of the front of the house. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to neighbors and friends

The owner, Pierce, studied the problem - leak in bedroom. The problem was basically tuckpointing in northeast corner on second story, including the chimney. A two day job with a team.

People from Kerry Masonry arrived as per scheduled. Drop cloths were used to protect surrounding areas. Gutters & downspouts were installed very timely. Siding followed next after they installed a moisture barrier. Then they installed horizontal vinyl siding that we had chosen. Lastly our rear patio was removed crushed stone was spread and graded out and then cement was poured & leveled out. We now have a wonderful patio that we can be proud of. My wife and I have already given referrals for future work to our friends. We would most definitely use this company in the future,

Person was on time and he gave me an estimate on the job to be done, answered my question. would have had the job done by him but other expense came up. will call him back in the furture.

They are a reputable company whose workers are very professional and do neat work. They cleaned up after themselves and it was like they were never there.

Our church needed a roof repair, but the elevator shaft needed brick work repairs first. We called Kerry Masonry and they came out and gave us an estimate immediately. They started the work at the time we agreed upon and completed the work in one day.. They did an excellent job, and we're really pleased with the outcome. And we will definitely be using them again.
