Nothing was bad with the work they did; everything was good. They came out and they did the work. They got the work done and they left.

They showed up when they were suppose, they got the job done in a timely manner. The price was reasonable.

First off, they were very responsive and very easy to deal with. They always took my calls, were quick to run out and do an estimate and were quick to set up a time to do the work. I think that's very important. We had got a few prices for the work and they were the lowest and the most local of all the companies. They came out exactly when they said, pretty much poured a thicker slab than we had agreed on and did a nice job of it even though we lived on a busy Chicago street with all its complications. including the city. The whole thing was done in a matter of six or seven hours and months later it still looks fantastic. If there was anything negative at all, I was a little unhappy that the guys had cleaned equipment or poured cement on parts of my front lawn and I still can't get some of it up and imagine it's not going to be great for a lush green lawn come spring:) Next time I might be a bit more particular about how the site is left. but all in all, I think these guys did a great job on the cement and I would definitely hire them again. Good price, nice to deal with and so far, a really nice cement driveway!

It went very well. The servicemen were punctual and friendly, particularly the person who came out to evaluate the problem a few days ahead of time. They went beyond the call of duty by noting and fixing a problem I didn't realize existed. I would definitely use this company again.

They were very professional. I was pleased with the work that they did. They did everything on schedule and as promised. Their people were very personable and accommodating. The price was comparable to other companies. It probably was towards the top of what would be required, but we get what we pay for.

I was having alot of trouble finding a company to do this job most of them saying that this job was to small to take on this time of year. My association was not in a good place and one of the reasons was the front door was not secure and looked bad. I called maybe 6 vendors off angies list before i got to kerry. After my initial call they came out promptly on the agreed date. Gave me a quote for what i wanted and a quote for some extra things the building needed. It was a little more then what the building wanted to spend but since the last guy basically disapeared after giving a quote we basically had no choice. It took a while for me to call Kerry Masonry back because of issues with the association. After i finally had an agreement i called and they were fine with coming out promptly. They came on said date with out alot of back and forth and worked on everything for the quoted price. Vendor even did a little extra work on the crack between the sidewalk and the base of the building just because he thought it looked bad not because some one told him to. They were very profesional and easy to work with. And will be my go to vendor for masonry work on the building in the future.

I had an incident where raccoons got into the space above 1st floor ceiling and tore through the plaster right into the house! There were many broken pieces of wood of the soffit where they were freely getting in. I hired KM Kerry to replace the soffit around the house. The person I dealt with was Tony Montoro and he was wonderful!!! I live in an old house(100yrs) and he knew I wanted to keep the look of the original wood - It was no problem, his crew did a fantastic job and not only does it look true to the house, it's tightly sealed- no more raccoons! Tony was in communication with me the whole time and the job was done in the time he told me it would be. I was waiting on the outside work to be completed before I could start on the inside job (no point in repairing the ceiling if the raccoons could just come back!) The person I had lined up for the inside job fell through and I was stuck because all the work needed to be fininished before my insurance would pay in full. Tony came to the rescue! He another crew come in and repair all the inside work in 2 days! and for a better price! Tony Montoro will now be my "go to guy" and in a 100 yr old house I know I will need one! I would call him without hesitation for any other work I need done.

Overall they figured out the problem, gave us their estimate and completed the work on time. They were responsive and fixed to their prices.

They were great to deal with! Tony was always so friendly and accommodating on the phone. They provided a quote for the entire house, however I only had the budget to do the real problem areas. They were very understanding and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience to come out for a "smaller job". As a matter of fact, they scheduled for a few days later which I thought was incredible. James was the gentleman that came out to do the actual work and he was also very nice and pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and when he was finished, he asked for me to come out and take a look at the work he did. Everyone was great to deal with and I will use them again when I have the money to get the remainder of my house tuckpointed.

I was very please with this company. This company performed excellent work on my home. I was very worried about the cost of this job and had procrastinated having this work completed for some time. Kerry Masonry and Roofing was the only company that was able to answer all of my questions in a professional manner. Every employee that performed work on my home was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I am very happy that we decided to have this company complete the work that was needed on our home.

I was really impressed with Mr. Power, the owner. He worked with me to refine the scope of work so it met our needs for what we wanted done, and the workers were very punctual, very courteous, and seemed very professional. We were very pleased.

Kerry Roofing was professional and punctual. They used metal on my chimney flashing instead of tar. Kerry roofing installed lifetime architectural shingles! they cleaned and caulked the gutters. They performed an excellent clean up! They say "you pay for what you get", I paid and I received! It’s hard to trust contractors, but this company has integrity.

The project executed according to plan and timeline. Several minor adjustments in executing the masonry work, due to newly discovered brick deterioration on the inner bricks of the south parapet wall that was covered by the old roofing. However, those adjustments were made with my consideration. To ensure that bricks matching the existing bricks were obtained, Kerry Masonry gave me the address to where they purchase bricks so that I could pick out the bricks best matching the original bricks of the garage. The bricks were a perfect match! Calls to Kerry Masonry before the project began and during the project were responded to within 30 minutes. Often the calls were answered at the time of placed call. After the work was completed, I contacted them the next day with a list of several "punch list" items of which Kerry Masonry took care of the following day. Those items were addressed to my satisfaction. All of the Kerry Masonry's workers were respectful of my property and my neighbors. They cleaned the work area everyday before leaving. I will use them in the future for any masonry and/or roofing needs in the future.

I have no complaints about the service. It was good and clean. Time will tell how it will last but for now, everything is okay.

I am not a consumer who would usually take the time to enter a review. However; I was so impressed with this company and the service that they provided. I knew I had to let everyone know that this was by far the most professional company that I have ever contracted with. I was very skeptical at first but they took their time and were patient to explain and answer all of my questions thoroughly.!! .I was continuously reminded that my satisfaction was the most important part of their job. Their employees were courteous, knowledgeable professionals that left my property cleaner than when they started!! My property looks amazing with my new roof and gutters, This company has high standards and they are accountable and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The gentleman who performed the work was a hard worker and did an excellent job. Very conscious of the job he was sent there to perform. We are very happy with the work and would definitely use them in the future.

On June 18, 2013 three workers came out and started the work on my home. Per the contract they were to grind and tuckpoint both sides and the back of my home. The workers were Jeffery Salone, Michael Williams and Rory. The first day was grinding on the back of the house. The second and third days were for grinding also. The fourth, fifth and sixth days were for the tuckpointing. One of my complaints was that my neighbor's home on the southside was not covered with tarps. My other complaint was that my new air conditioning cage was scratched. My third complaint was that Tony, the guy I signed the contract with, stated verbally that the company would remove paint stains on the front of the house. Once the owner came out he refused to do the work without charging me more. Even with the three complaints listed above I am very pleased with the tuckpointing of my home. I found Jeffery Salone and Michael Williams to be very professional and thorough. They also recommended that I replace the downspouts and they would install when completed tuckpointing. I do not think that the clean up done by Rory was professional nor thorough. On the last few days there was another worker who was doing the clean up and he did a very good job. This worker requested that I not use his name and I will respect that. My suggestion to anyone who is going to grind and tuckpoint make sure to include in the contract that everything in and around your property will be covered. I do believe that I got a very good price for the amount of work and the quality of the work. I definitely recommend this company for tuckpointing. The work started on 6/18/2013 and was completed on 6/24/2013.

This is at top notch business that we will use again and again. We had them come out to repair our chimney and they identified some additional issues that they could fix. We did not know they also did roof work, so we were pleased as their price was so reasonable.

The team from Kerry did a fantastic job on brick mortar that hadn't been touched on over 100 years. A team of 3 worked for 3 weeks to get the job done, with extra guys joining them when needed. A front arch was deteriorating and they managed to save it without completely rebuilding it. Be warned, it's an extremely dusty job! The guys did their best to keep the area clean and protect the foundation plants. They did a good job of cleaning everything afterwards. I've seen a number of houses with bad tuckpointing jobs and was anxious that our house might look worse, not better, after tuckpointing. I had nothing to fear. The house looks great! Glad I went with Kerry!! They are very professional. Thanks guys!
