Description of Work: Kerry came out on the day scheduled and on time. He explained that the company no longer repaired sidewalks, My problem with that is when I called to schedule the estimate, I told them what needed to be done.

Description of Work: Replace roof shingles and fixed issues with my roof.

Description of Work: I bought the Angies List package for $400 worth or repairs. Tony came and inspected the roof, and gave me an estimate for a replacement roof. The estimate is a little high, actually almost $2000 more than an Angies List special running right now. But since he did no repairs - I feel he should have refunded me the money. MOst companies will give a free inspection and estimate.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $149 for $300 Worth of Masonry, Chimney, or Tuckpointing Service. They will be doing the work shortly, we had to wait until everything has thawed out.

Description of Work: Tuck point three sides of house, the chimney, cleaned gutters, removed old antenna, sealed around back door, filled in seam around foundation of house, spot tuck point as needed.

Description of Work: Owner, Pierce Power, phoned when he was going to be few minutes late for our appointment coming from another job. Mr. Power was friendly and answered general questions I had about tuckpointing. Didn't try to talk me into work I did not need. Provided a quote to tuckpoint south and brick wall of home.Quote was sent via e-mail same day as visit. Provided addresses of other jobs completed in neighborhood. Due to unforeseen circumstances could not have work completed at this time. Would consider for work in the future.

Description of Work: Extremely Professional ! Pierce honestly listened to my needs & my ideas while doing the estimates. His explainations were very complete & helpful. I have difficulty walking ( using Walker)and he was very helpful & respectful about assisting me. He communicated very well at every stage and was extremelt honest about informing me about aspects that did not need to be done when I thought it did. He also came and inspected the work as it was being done and when completed before accepting payment.The actual work crew. led byBob Rainbolt, were wonderful!!! They did great work and again were very professionable, communicated well and LISTENED to my needs and oppinions. They were thourogh, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves.I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYYBODY THAT I KNOW.tHANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE
