We offer a wide variety of Hunter Douglas window fashions to meet all your needs like privacy sheers, wood blinds, shutters and more. Our services include design consultations and professional window coverings measuring and installation. Please contact us for more info. Just recently, we became a full service repair center. Blinds 5, 10 ,15 years old we have been repairing and making old broken blinds look like new. Most Hunter Douglas blinds can be covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Description of Work: The price was comparable to other companies. They came right on time; called the day before to verify pick-up time. The blinds were brought back at my convenience. The young lady who picked up and returned the blind was very friendly, but very professional. There was a stain that she couldn't get out on one blind and she immediately told me about it. The blinds were thoroughly cleaned and in good condition when returned. I would definitely recomment Blinds by Nicolette to anyone.

Each time that I answered a child answered and I never got to an adult at the home. I could hear a gentleman in the background asking for the phone but I wasn't ever able to speak with someone.

I stopped in the shop to talk to Al and tell him some ideas that I had for the windows. We talked about the price of the different options and that helped me decide what I wanted to do. I was able to take a number of samples home for a few days. Then Al came and together we chose the material that would look best. Al is very personable and it's great to work with him. Within a couple of weeks the shades were installed and everything is fine. Al's company has done a number of window treatments in my house and I am always completely satisfied.

I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. There were many choices and Al guided me through that process. He made helpful suggestions but wanted to be sure that I made the final decision. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and how nicely everything fit the windows. One of the shades was not working properly after it was installed, but Al came out promptly, took it back and fixed it. Customer service is very important to them.
Description of Work: I had three custom window treatments made and installed. Valances were made for the porch windows and honeycomb shades were made for the two bathrooms.

Al came out and gave us a more than fair quote. Met all deadlines and handled everything as promised. This is exactly how buisness should be conducted. No empty promises, let us know everything up front. I will never shop anywhere else for blinds. I can confidently recommend his company to anyone I know and will.

I previewed some books of woven wood shades at their shop and Al brought those books to our house so that we could see which shades would look the best with our furniture and walls. Al was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made it easier for me to make a choice between the shades. I didn't know what I wanted for the laundry room, so he gave suggestions of what he thought would work there. In two weeks, as promised, our window treatments were installed. The quality is great, they were well-installed and we are very happy with our purchase and the service we received.

I found Blinds by Nicolette from Angie's List. I selected them after reading the good responses from previous customers and the A rating. When I first called I got an answering machine and left a message. I got a return call within 30 minutes and I informed Mr. Roache (as I do them all) that I found him on Angie's List and shared the good responses with him. He was very pleased to hear his feed back. We set an appointment of the next 2 days and he was at my home on time and ready to work. I had a lot of questions as far as blind installation, cost, color, maintenance, warranty, etc., and he was able to answer all of them and even had a few suggestions for me. The blinds were ready within one week and a half for installation. And as promised, Mr. Roache returned with the replacement piece for the defected blind. I really like the quality of work the company did. You can tell they care about customer satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs custom blinds.
Description of Work: Mr. Roache measured my front room windows and my kitchen window for the installation of custom blinds. He gave me a quote of $700.00 for both rooms which I found to be very reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten. Once the blinds were ready to be installed he called with a date and time and was very prompt. After the installation he noticed that one of the blinds had a defect in the color and he ordered another piece to replace the defected one and promised to come back and install the replacement piece which he did. The blinds are lovely and the length is just as I wanted them. I mentioned to Mr. Roache that I wanted my blinds to have the formal look and he warned me that they cannot be to close to the floor. He had the blinds cut perfectly in length. I have my formal look and they are not dragging the floor. Once installed he tested and tested both rooms as to make sure I would not have problems opening and closing them. You can tell his company is very professional.

THE COMPANY SENT SOMEONE TO MY HOME TO MEASURE THE WINDOWS, AND HE BROUGHT SAMPLES OF SOME BLINDS SO THAT WE COULD DECIDE ON THE BEST MATERIAL AND COLOR. THAT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE INSTALLER DID A FINE JOB TOO, AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT.

THEY WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH. THEY TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS, GAVE US ALL OF THE OPTIONS, AND CAME BACK TO DO THE INSTALLATION. IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT BLINDS, THEY ARE REAL PROFESSIONALS. IT MAY COST YOU $30-40 MORE PER WINDOW, BUT THIS MEANS NO HASSLE FOR YOU AND A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION. HE ALSO KINDLY FIXED A BLIND WHILE HE WAS THERE FOR THE ESTIMATE.
