Al explained everything and made sure that I got exactly the options that I wanted with my shutters. The office staff was very helpful and the gentleman who did the installation did an amazing job. From start to finish, they were great to work with. Because everything went so smoothly, I will be contacting them in the near future to install shutters in the rest of my home.

When we told the representative from Nicolette she demanded 50.00 for her 5 minutes of time & 10 mile ride. When asked about the free estimate she said I agreed to the 50.00 with the man on the phone. Never spoke to a man, all phone conversation were with Virginia. The rep called the office & said they were calling the police. I agreed to the police coming to remove them from my home, the man on the phone then told her to leave. Never ever use this company if just for safety reasons.

OMG! I cannot begin to say enough about Blinds by Nicolette. I initially found them on Angie's List April of 2014. Al came out to my home, took measurements and made suggestions - at no point did I feel as if he was steering me or trying to gouge me. I decided on blinds for my eat-in kitchen and kitchen windows. The pricing and install was seamless and I was (and STILL AM) quite pleased with the finished product. About six months later I contacted them again to install blinds in my bedrooms (3 total) - again, seamless and easy; the install was quick and professional. Of course when the service organization I belong to needed window treatments, I reached out to Blinds by Nicolette! Needless to say, members are still raving and we are in the process of checking the budget for the remaining windows for Blinds by Nicolette to come out and install. I base everything on response, product and customer service. Blinds by Nicolette and Al are who you want to deal with for your window treatment needs. You cannot go wrong and their prices are GREAT!

Very satisifed with price. Very reasonable. They did in home shopping, brought samples, and prompt. They also sell curtains, and make their own window treatments. Upholster seats as well.

The blinds I got from Blinds By Nicolette were Hunter Douglas and they look really good. I talked with the owner and he was very good. He's very knowledgeable. The installation went well. They were really fast. It was done in like a week.

The blinds look brand new! The service was outstanding, they make you feel like royalty and do everything they possibly can to accomodate your needs. I will recommend them to anyone that asks me about their services!

They were GREAT! Prompt, efficient and economical. I did not have that feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I was not home for the install - buy my hubby was and he was really pleased with their promptness, efficiency and professionalism. I have more windows and WILL definitely be contacting Nicolette's Blinds in the immediate future. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Put in energy saving blinds in all of our windows. They were very professional and neat. All done around two hours.

They are very good, they're great. They did everything well, they were on time, they did a good job in installing them, and the estimate was fair.

Al Roache of Blinds by Nicollette made the process of choosing window treatments easy. I really appreciate his direction and am pleased with the shades. I particularly like that the shades can be lowered from the top, letting in some daylight while providing privacy.

He came to the house, explained differences between all blinds and rugs. I was very interested in working with him. First, took him 2 weeks at least to call me up to tell me the price of the blinds and rugs. I would call them up about 2 times a week to ask when they would give me a price. All they said always on the phone was we really want to give you a good price so I will call you. Finally after over 2 weeks, I get a call from them. They gave me a price on both blinds and rugs. Little pricey, so I called them up again and asked if they could only give me a price on the blinds. Still waiting for the call after 3 weeks. They lie too, cause I was told that he sent me a e-mail, well still isn't here. I am so glad that I now have a responsible person, that will do the blinds and rugs. I have never been treated and lied to by a business like them!!!!! ,

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and I was very pleased. They were very efficient and honest because they gave me the price of new blinds as opposed to re-stringing and cleaning the blinds that I have. Their prices were reasonable but they were also honest in showing me another option that was less expensive.

Blinds by Nicolette is an amazing company! Everyone that I worked with--from the administrative assistant [the very kind and professional Virgina] to the sales assistant and installer--was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The Hunter Douglas blinds that we purchased are a perfect addition to the front room, and they were installed most efficiently....and ahead of schedule! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality window treatments and professional service from start to finish.

Al was great to work with. He came when we expected him, spent time going through everything with us. He did his best to work within our budget and we have been very happy with the blinds. Purchase & installation went great. I will definitely use again.

They were very efficient and very helpful, but I did not use them. They followed-up. The gentleman who came out was very nice. Everything was very good.

The person who came for the initial estimate was very professional. We chose the color and type of shade, he did the measuring. We had another window company give us an estimate, but they were quite a bit higher than Blinds by Nicolette for the same product, and we had to go through the old dance of starting high and then providing various discounts until they reached their final number. Blinds by Nicolette just gave us a price. I appreciate that. We mailed in a deposit after we decided. The shadess were ordered and came in slightly earlier than promised. The installer was professional and quick. We love our new shades. They are easy to raise and lower, they look good and provide some thermal effect as well. They were expensive, but worth it.

I had someone from Blinds By Nicoletter come to the house in October to view samples, take measurements and quote a price to both purchase and have the Vertical & Mini Blinds installed. The sales person was both friendly and courteous. I made an appointment to have the Vertical & Mini Blinds installed in early November. The installer was prompt and and knowedgeable about the product and installation. The blinds in both rooms of the home was completed in an hour. The installer gave suggestions about keeping the blinds in good working order. He cleaned up the work areas upon completion of the job. The company made a follow-up phone call the following week to make sure everything went well and that I was happy with the product

They are very accommodating. He was very knowledgable and very skilled at what he does. The price was reasonable. They only use Hunter-Douglas blinds.

Amazing experience from started to finish with Blinds By Nicolette ("BBN"). I needed window treatments for my bedroom window so I called BBN to arrange an appointment. Al, the owner, came out to measure and gave me an estimate. The price was amazing so I ordered the blinds. It took about a week for the blinds to come in. Once in, I arranged for them to be installed. The person who installed the blinds arrived on time, professional and did a great job installing the blinds. I love them!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. ,

I didn’t get a chance to order anything from them. At the time, their pricing was beyond what I could do. Everything worked out well though and they wonderful to work with!

They were great to do business with. When WE first called them they came out with samples and did all the measuring and their price was great. All around they are great to do business with. They were also always on time. The person that came to install the blinds was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommended them.

They were an awesome company. The guy was on time. He was very courteous and he answered all the questioned I had asked. I chose not to go with the company as I could do the job myself for about half the price. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. His estimate was $500 for the bedroom and $1000 for the living room. He was referred to me by a friend. If you want someone, who is courteous, kind, and honest, I would recommend this company to you. The guy was very patient. My wife and I had about 30 questions. We were debating about the type of blind that we wanted and he was giving us suggestions. He was very knowledgeable. I would use his services again if I could afford him.

Wonderful! Al Roache was able to come out the same day I called (I was in kind of an emergency cause the fellow who was to stain the wood on windows came earlier than I thought and I needed to know what color my blinds would be so the windows could be stained to match.) Al was so kind and patient--luckily he had all the colors for all the blinds. I chose a beatiful color--Al told me when they would be in and they arrived in time. The installer came when he said--there was only a slight problem with the miter points on two of the valances. Al came out and told me not to worry that he would take care of it, and he did. I'm as happy as a clam with new beautiful blinds!! Al is great!! Patient, listens to you, gives good feedback, a real professional without being "stuffy". You will love him! I know I will use Blinds by Nicolette for any future decorating I may need.
