They were very prompt on pickup and delivery. They reinstalled the rugs as we requested. Everything was as prompt and convenient as it could possibly be.

They cleaned very large rug for me. They did a good job. They are very punctual. They were here exactly when they said they would be and picked it out and redelivered it and put it back on time.

I felt they really knew about the rugs (one was persian and one was an oriental), and treated even my small rug with care and thoroughness.And even though they "up-sold" me on the moth protection, I think it was out of concern for the future of the rug, not just trying to sell me something.

Brought some beat up orientals in for cleaning and a repair estimate. The cleaning was quite expensive. When the rugs were returned they still had hair and other stuff on them. The repair estimate was far beyond the value of the rugs and had we known we would have never had them cleaned in the first place. They should have advised us as to the high cost of the repair against the low value of the rugs against having them cleaned at all. I am not a rug pro they are.

They are an excellant company from the first phone call to the end of the expierance. Excellant cleaning. I would hire them to do anything with my rugs.

We were very pleased with the quality of service by Minasian Rug Care Company. We have many area rugs in our house and some of these have not been professionally cleaned for 5+ years, unfortunately. We also have cats and dogs, and if you are a pet owner, you know that no matter how much you try to keep your house clean, pets get rugs dirty and stinky over time. We called Monasian and had very friendly customer service when we place our order and through the entire process. They came out within a few days of calling and picked up all of our area rugs that needed cleaning. They also moved a few pieces of large furniture on the rugs that my husband and I couldn't moves ourselves. They told us that they would have all of the rugs cleaned and returned to our house in two weeks. Minasian met their timelines of two weeks and put all the rugs back down in the different rooms and hallways of our house. The rugs now look like they are brand new! We can not believe what a great job they did cleaning our rugs. We though for sure that after so many years of getting dirt ground into our rugs, they would never clean very well. But they just look terrific now and we are so pleased with the workmanship of Minasian Rug Care. We will be using them again on a more routine basis to have our rugs professionally cleaned. Their prices are probably not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for when you don't work with a reputable company, like Minasian. We highly recommend them for professional rug cleaning - especially if you have pets!

went well ...a little detailed but only by 3 days

It went very well. They were very busy due to all the rains and flooding, but even with that they got the work done in just a couple of weeks. They gave me good advice on a rug pad. With my old pad I was having lots of trouble with bunching of the 9x12, so with their recommendation I bought a new rug pad and have had no problems since then. Be sure to specifically state you want pick-up, delivery, and/or laying of the rugs--it is a small extra fee, but for some reason it seems you have to be very specific with them. I shopped around for prices and this place was reasonable. The owner is also easily available, has lots of expertise and is very helpful.

We had a great experience - they were very nice on the phone when we arranged services, the delivery guys were great, and the rug looks fantastic... better than new!

I was very satisfied with them. My dog who at the time had a health problem, had had many accidents on the rug and to put it bluntly, the rug stunk. They not only cleaned the rug but also removed all odors without damaging the rug. Also the rug is a 6' x 10' abstract, artificial rug fabric. I would not hesitate to use them again and of course I would highly recommend Minasian Rug Care Service.

Everything went perfect with them. They did exactly what we asked quickly and for a fair price. It was a very good deal. It took them 2 weeks tops and could have been less to clean it.

Very courteous and professional. Came at agreed upon time. Completely removed the carpet stain. Took ~ 45 min. Charged $150.00.

I called with the emergency status of the rug needing immediate cleaning. They could not pick up that day, but were able to pick up within 3 days of my call. They came to my building, rolled the rug and the pad and removed it to take it to their cleaning facilities. They called about a week later and said the cleaning was completed and asked for a date to deliver the rug and pad. We arranged the date and time and they were prompt and courteous during all of my interactions with them. They even suggested that I have club soda on hand to immediately treat any other pet accidents so it wouldn't be so hard to clean the rug next time. Their price was a little high compared to the company I used before in Oak Park, but it was compensated for by the pick up and delivery and the fast service. I will definitely use them again.

Minasian is excellent. They provided outstanding service. I was very happy. They were very reliable and provided excellent service.

Phone contact was pleasant and professional, answering all my questions. A date was set for pick-up of the carpets. We were kept abreast of the time of the pick-up. Both men were very friendly and took great care in moving several pieces of furniture (including a piano) to remove the carpets. The company was very accommodating with return of the carpets, allowing us time to complete a large painting project. Upon return the rugs were placed as we had requested and again great care was taken in moving of several pieces of furniture. We gave the cost of the cleaning an "A" ... as this did include a new pad for the large oriental rug. The rugs look GREAT! Our thanks to Minasian for excellent service!

The rugs needed deep cleaning as they had not been professionally cleaned in nearly 10 yrs. MINASIAN did an impeccable job and at a reasonable price. The service personnel was courteous and professional. I will most certainly return.

I called three providers from Angie's List, comparing price and services rendered. Minasian had excellent reports. My call was promptly returned and rug pick-up scheduled in a few days. Three weeks later my nice clean rugs were returned and relaid. They moved furniture as promised. I required no repairs or spot cleaning or pet odor removal so it was fairly straightforward. I'm very happy with the way the rugs look and would definitely use Minasian again.

Arrived in St. Charles, Il. on the date and almost exact time scheduled, despite the long drive. Very friendly, professional man volunteered to roll-up the rugs on his own and carry them to his truck, even though I said I would help him. The office called us a couple days later to say one of the area rug's backing should be repaired to preserve it, which we agreed to. (Repair cost was very reasonable.) Rugs were completed on-time and delivered at our convenience - again almost exactly on-time. Excellent cleaning and repair. I gave them a "B" for pricing, but you get what you pay for, which was well worth the price paid even though they were a little higher than others. Will always use them in the future.

They were great. I had them pick up two rugs when I was having some work done. They picked up the rugs in a very timely manner. I asked them if they could hold them because I was having a bunch of work done, and they said they had no problem and they asked me to give them a call when I was ready. When I was finished with all the work, I called them again. They returned the rugs. The rugs are about ten years old and they look great now. I think the price was very reasonable and I did not really look around. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a beautiful job but were unable to get the stain out and that was disappointing. Nevertheless, the rug was very much improved.

The person who helped me was obviously knowledgeable because he identified the type and origin of all three Turkish rugs I took in. He advised me on color bleeding and gave me tips on caring for the rugs. I was given a price quote and prompt pick-up date (about a week), both of which were honored. This was the first time I had my rugs cleaned, so I don't know whether the pricing is "normal" or not, but I was very pleased with the quality of the job done. Plus there's a discount if you take the rugs in yourself!

The person I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and helpful. He did his best to schedule a pick up time ASAP. I had the three rugs cleaned. They used a special solution to remove pet ordors. The men who pick-up and delivered the rugs did a great job. They moved the furniture and put it back in the proper place before and after each visit.

They cleaned it for $60, and noticed that it needed additional repairs - there were some moth-eaten areas, and some of the tassles were gone. They called and we discussed it - I decided to not re-do the moth areas, but fix the tassles and get the rug moth-proofed. They job was done very well and on time. What I really liked was that even though this was a small rug and not nearly as beautiful as many of the rugs that they cared for, they took care of it like it was a very valuable rug and as if I was one of their only customers. I have since brought a hand-made wool rug to be cleaned there (as I don't like using dry cleaning chemicals) and again they treated me very well and the rug looks beautiful.

I called Minasian Rug Care Service after reading Angie's List reviews. They came out right away to pick up my five rugs and promised them back in two weeks. Less than two weeks later, they delivered the rugs, on time again, and put them down for me - moving lots of furniture to do so. The delivery men were very friendly, professional, and excellent at their job. Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleaning service and plan to use them again. I'm not positive the streaks on the rug are their doing, so I can only pay more attention to the pre/post condition of the rugs next time.
