They do very well. I now use them continuously. They are very friendly and personable.

MaidPro Evanston has been cleaning my house since 2005 and I could not be happier with them. The same team shows up, on time, every two weeks. They are cheerful, friendly, efficient, professional, trustworthy, reliable and thorough. My house looks *polished* when they are done. It even smells clean. I also appreciate the friendly professionalism of the office staff; I've never had a serious issue to complain about, but I'm sure that if I did it would be handled promptly and fairly. MaidPro has high standards and makes sure that their employees live up to them. I have the utmost faith in them and look forward, every two weeks, to a perfectly polished house.

We had an Angie's List deal (up to 2500 sq/ft, 6 person hours). Our house is about half that size. When scheduling the appointment, I mentioned this, and the company offered us a free refrigerator cleaning if any time was remaining. The two women that came worked hard and fast the entire time, and actually stayed 10 minutes over to finish the job. All rooms and bathrooms (including the tub), surfaces, and floors were cleaned; floors were mopped. They did a GREAT job. I am not 100% certain that we will use this company in the future - the price is rather high - but the quality was excellent.

Great job. The dispatchers were helpful, answered all my questions, sent email reminders. The women who cleaned my apartments were on time, and worked very hard. The price was great. Simple, easy, great customer service. I would use them again, and would recommend them to friends.

I am very please with them. They are reliable, professional, and have great follow-up. They honored the Angie's List coupon and are personable. The same lady comes each time and she is very thorough.

I have used the Evanston office of MaidPro for housecleaning of my condo every two weeks for over 5 years and recommend them without reservation. Peter Goff is responsive and proactive and treats his customers and employees with dignity. On the very rare occasions when I have a comment about the quality of the cleaning, I see that on the next visit, that problem has been corrected. The cleaners themselves are hardworking and industrious young women who are pleasant and thoughtful.

I’m still working with them, and they’ve done a good job overall. They listen to any requests that I have. Their staff is very pleasant, easy to work with, and even call the day beforehand to remind me of the appointment. They also follow up the day after to make sure I’m satisfied.

They always call to follow up. If anything is not done to my satisfaction, they will work really hard to resolve any issues. They really want to do a good job. I don't even have to call because they always make sure to double check if there are any problems.

They are fabulous. They are just really efficient. They do a great job. You never have to tell them to do something twice. They are really good. They do an initial walk through to discuss exactly what you would like done and that will do it.

They send the same two people every time. They know my home inside and out, probably better than me. They have a key so I don’t have to be home, though I prefer to be home. They know exactly what to do. They are very nice and thorough. At the beginning, they were a little more expensive but now because there is less work to do the price has been adjusted. The prices has also not raised in the past two years. I put in a request to come in the afternoon and now they never come before two. I really like that.

This was a move in house cleaning. We wanted everything cleaned. For the most part the service was ok, but they missed the fronts of the cabinets in one bathroom, did not wipe down the ceiling fan and completely missed a closet in the kitchen. They were there for 4 hours. I think they did really well. I don't think I have any strong criticism. They worked really fast. They were willing to do things that weren't necessarily on my to do list. They had some cancellations as well and were able to stay an extra hour. The owner was really awesome. There was this last minute thing when we had all the stuff in the house and I needed help and he was able to work me in within a day.

Maidpro has been coming every 2 weeks for several years, usually the same ladies. I like seeing familiar faces, visit after visit, and feel comfortable with them. They arrive as scheduled, work very efficiently, and always ask if there's anything special that needs doing. I particularly like the fact that they work from a checklist of tasks that can be somewhat customized per job. They bring their own supplies but have been happy to go along with my request to use white vinegar in lieu of some of their standard products. The management has always accommodated my requests for schedule changes. Once, when a glass table top was broken, Maidpro took the initiative in getting it replaced at their expense. It's a professional organization at all levels. The $114 I pay per visit is a real value.

My house is cleaner than it has ever been! The first time they came, they performed a deep clean, which was more $ but they really did not miss a spot. Now they come twice a week. Everytime I come home, everything is perfect. They even washed a dirty pan I left on my stove. The office is nice, and calls the day before to confirm. I leave my key with them. They are great and never miss a spot!

The team was on time and professional, but did a poor job of cleaning. At times my husband and I would have to look for clues that the condo had been cleaned at all. Metal furniture was pushed against a wall, and paint scraped off the wall. I called the manager once to have the team return to clean the floors. He did come out himself to check things out, and the floors were cleaned again. However, the door was left unlocked, and I terminated the service.
