Small repair - excellent service

They are a very reputable company around here. They did a wonderful job and it is nice that they come out to inspect the roof for any problems. They do a very thorough job. They provide a written report entailing all that they find both immediate problems and preventative. I think this is a wonderful service that they provide.

They said that nothing had to be done on the roof at this time and to call in about 2 years.

I liked that they were on time and they did a good job. They cleaned up very well and made sure not to leave a mess behind. They were right on with their price and the service was professional and responsive.

They are wonderful. They never try to talk you into work you don't need. Another company had said I needed new sophists, because they were rotted. This company checked them for me and said they were fine. They are very thorough and knowledgeable.

We have been having a problem getting Hanson Roofing Incorporated to come back and take care of our leaking roof. They did come back and told us the water damage was old, but we know it's new because it wasn't there before. They really need to get up there and fix this, but we haven't had luck in getting them back.

The price was high, but that was because of the great quality of the work and the exceptional materials that they used. There were no problems and I was very pleased with their service. They were professional and hard working every step of the way. The clean up was great as well.

They responded very professionally and quickly to let me know that they were backed up with work for more than a month due to recent storms but would be happy to send someone out to make an estimate when they finished their existing backlog. Cindy took down all the information and promised to phone me as soon as they could schedule me, if I hadn't found anyone else to handle the job in the meantime. I appreciated the fact that they didn't promise something that they could not deliver and I won't hesitate to contact them again.

This company is so reliable. Very thorough. Found a problem with a patch of wood on roof and repaired it. Roof is beautiful. No more problems with leaking during those hard rains.

They were the lowest estimate and also the best work I have seen. This is the second time I have used them and I have been very pleased by both.

Hanson Roofing was very helpful and polite. The association received a written estimate within a week. We decided to go with another company, but would contact them again to work for the association.

It took several days for Hansen to return my call but in my message (left on a Sunday) I made clear that the leak was not a crisis, so that was OK. They sent an estimator who called to describe his assessment. I gave approval for the work to proceed and the job was completed the same day.

Overall they did a nice job and they did the work on quick notice. However, about 5 years ago they installed a new roof (a complete tear off) and at that time they installed several new joists. Instead of removing the old, sagging joists, they sistered the new joists to the old joists. The two joists that broke were under the air conditioner. Hanson has repaired a few minor leaks for me as well, and each time their work has been good. I was disappointed in the way the original work was done, and that there was no break in their price.

POOR COMMUNICATION, SIGNED CONTRACT IN NOVEMBER, WORK WAS PERFORMED IN MARCH. THIS IS FINE DUE TO WEATHER, BUT HAD TO CALL TO DETERMINE WHEN THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DONE. HAD TO CALL TO HAVE TRASH, LEFT BY WORKERS, REMOVED AND ROOF DETAILS FINISHED.

THEY USE HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

THEY RETURNED MY CALL REQUESTING AN ESTIMATE TO ROOF OVER THE AREA WHERE OUR CHIMNEY WAS REMOVED. IT TOOK A FEW DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD COME TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE, BUT THEY OFFERED VERY GOOD ADVICE OVER THE PHONE AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE CHOSE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK ON AN EARLIER DATE, BUT I WOULD CONTACT THEM AGAIN.

CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE PROMPTLY. DIDN'T ARRIVE TO DO THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO GET THEM OUT. THEY WERE APOLOGETIC. OVERALL I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND CONSIDERATE.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A LOT OF MESS. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP EVERYTHING.

BASED ON POSITIVE REVIEWS FROM THE LIST I CALLED THEM AT ABOUT 10:30 AM FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE. THEY AGREED TO COME OUT TO DO THE WORK. A 'SCHEDULER' WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL BACK TO SET UP A TIME. AFTER AN HOUR (SPENT WATCHING WATER LEAKING THROUGH MY CEILING) I CALLED THEM BACK. THEY APOLOGIZED, THOUGHT THEY HAD CALLED ME BACK AND PROMISED SOMEONE, (EVEN GAVE ME THE PERSON'S NAME), WOULD BE OUT THAT DAY. AT 4:30PM I CALLED BACK ONLY TO GET AN ANSWERING MACHINE. NO ONE EVER SHOWED. I CALLED THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND NO ONE KNEW WHY THE SERVICE PERSON DIDN'T SHOW UP. WAS PROMISED THAT I WAS NOW FIRST ON THE LIST. WAITED 2 HOURS IN THE MORNING FOR THE CALL BACK, THEN GAVE UP AND HIRED A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO DO THE WORK. COMPANY APPEARS TO HAVE BECOME LESS RELIABLE SINCE LAST REVIEW.

THEY CALLED BACK! SO MANY OTHER'S DON'T. PETER MOLITAR, THEIR ESTIMATOR, GOT UP ON HIS LADDER ON A VERY COLD DAY, NOT ONLY ACCEPTED A SMALLER JOB BUT WE WERE JUST OUTSIDE OF THEIR SERVICE AREA TOO. PETER'S ESTIMATE WAS $200, BUT THE FINAL BILL WAS ONLY $150! THIS IS A VERY UNIQUE KIND OF COMPANY.

THE ABOVE RATED 'C' GRADE IS FOR THE PHONE EXPERIENCE ONLY... IT WAS POLITE, BUT NOT HELPFUL. I'VE PICKED 'C' AS 'MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.'

EFFICIENT AND REASONABLY PRICED, AND HONEST!

THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND DO A GREAT JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
