Description of Work: New residential shingle roof - tear off of existing. The work went fine, a little weather delayed, workers were careful regarding existing planting beds. So far, roof has been weathertight. Principal demerits: 1) lack of responsiveness to take care of some problems after installation. It took months and months to get them back, and they never returned messages, and 2) in their final bill, they elected to charge me a price higher than the contract price, because they made a mistake in their original calculations. I paid a portion of that difference to end things, but I find that to be a pretty questionable business practice.

Description of Work: I them come look at the gutters because I was having problems with water overflowing. I had had another company "clean" the gutters in the fall so assumed there was something wrong with the gutters. Hanson's came and inspected and said the gutters had not been cleaned for years and were in fine shape as was the roof. Someone came out right away and cleaned the gutters. I had them come again this past fall and I have had no problems with my gutters since having them do the work.

I actually don't know how good a job they did since I can't see the gutters and I haven't had the opportunity to see whether they are functioning, so this review is a bit uninformed.
