Description of Work: My patio door had become difficult to open and close. They removed the door and replaced the rollers. They were getting ready to put the door back on the tracks when I asked them about vacuuming out the dirt in the tracks. They did not have anything with them to do that, so I got out my own vacuum cleaner and they took care of cleaning the tracks. I actually think they should have been prepared to do that as part of the job, but they were very responsive to my request. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

Description of Work: Replaced broken interior living room window. Took broken window to his van parked in my driveway where he replaced the glass, then returned repaired window to the living room. Everything was neat and well done.
