Bijan Solutions Handyman Service

Bijan was great to work with. He gave us an estimate about $100 less than other estimates we got, and he did great work. He also rearranged other work to be able to accommodate our schedule.

Bijan was great. He was timely and fair. He also did great work and did not leave any mess. I would definitely use him for anything that comes up. I have also given his name to friends and neighbors.

We have had several previous successful experiences with Bijan, both at our home and at my mother's, and I knew the best way to contact him and arrange for service. After several emails, he arranged to stop by the house Saturday morning, March 27, to examine our punchlist. He arrived on time, spent a few minutes going over our needs, and promised to reply with an estimate and a schedule via email. Sunday morning, he responded with his estimate, which for the amount of work seemed quite fair, and which included providing parts from the home center, a true time and effort saver for me. As arranged, he arrived Monday morning at the appointed time, let himself in with the key we provided, and proceeded to complete all of the tasks as itemized above. He left a detailed bill, as well as the discarded parts he had replaced. The work was done as specified, neatly, on time and exactly per the quote. Once again, we are most pleased with Bijan's service, and while we hope we don't have need of his services soon, we would call on him again instantly.

Bijan was responsive to my initial query. He was punctual and up front in terms of what he could and couldn't do. For example, I needed some repair on my wood floor and he recommended a specialist. He was very detail oriented and had a good idea regarding repairing my wallpaper to make it blend in better. He was efficient, clean, and hard working. The job was completed as promised with the price that was quoted to me. I was very impressed at the quality of his work and overall professionalism.

The handyman was good. He came out to have a look at the place and then gave a quote. I felt it was expensive, but there was a lot of work that had to be done. He came prepared and worked hard when he was here. So, I thought it was decent value. He took a while to come out, as he was busy.

Bijan gave good advice and his work was great.

I didn't get the work done. He appeared ill suited for the job.

It was an excellent experience. Bijan not only did what we expected, he went beyond, for example, recommending a solution to one problem that we were prepared to just live with.

Bijan was very helpful with door selection and other materials. He arrived when he said he would. He was very efficient with his time. He was very meticulous about his work. He was very thorough in his clean-up process. I really appreciated his honesty and pleasant attitude.

He was prompt, polite, and extremely reasonable. Being a single woman, I felt completely comfortable with him in my house. I have recommended him to several people because it is so hard to find someone who will do little things around the house.

He originally quoted me $800 to get the door soffit and window areas painted, but charged me $1,000 in the end. He didn't even do all of the painting that was required, and we really got into an argument over that. As far as the windows go, Bijan doesn't even do windows, he subcontracts the work out. I wanted the storm windows in before the painting was done because a couple of them were rusted out. It took the window company a month to get here, it was October before they got here.

He is very honest and the price was just great. His responsiveness was just great. He provided an estimate first with no cost to me. He is an honest to goodness handyman- he has a number of things that he does well. After he did them, I didn't have any problems. His follow-up is great. His quote was accurate and the billing was clear. Also, everything was done in a very timely manner.

He brought an associate with him and he did most of the work. Bijan did all of the measuring and was so precise. Bijan was the lead on the job. They made sure that they always spoke with me first on any aspect of the job. I feel that his costs are always reasonable. He is always pleasant to work with.

Bijan promptly responded to my email requesting a bid and provided a detailed bid for the labor, plus whatever parts I added (marble tile, toilet, etc). He began work within 2 weeks of the bid. His attention to detail was tremendous. His suggestions were all super as well. The final product, a completely redone and beautiful bathroom, all for under $3500 (including cost of new toilet, vanity, marble tiles, molding and paint)!!!!! Even though I made the job more complicated than he originally anticipated, he did not charge me one cent more for his labor than his original bid. I have attached some pictures of the finished product. I wish I had "before" pictures so you could truly appreciate the work he did.

A fifteen foot wide, eight foot high curved bay window at my mother's home was in bad repair, but we're not in a position to replace it until spring (probably a mid-five-figures proposition). But we did need to protect the window from further damage during the upcoming winter months. I contacted Bijan via email after finding his very high rating on Angie's List, explaining the issue and asking him to call to meet me at my mother's. He came when he said he would, on a Saturday afternoon, discussed our ideas about what to do, measured the job and promised a quote via email. Middle of the next week he did send his quote, and we arranged to have him do the work the following Monday morning. He came when promised, with a helper, and within the hour had efficiently and neatly sealed the window, inside and outside, with construction grade plastic sheeting.

He gave a good price. A time he's be there. Showed up on time and did the work quickly, efficiently and cleaned up afterwords. Very Happy!

Bijan came out and looked at the ceiling next day I emailed. He told me that he will send me the quote by email. However, I never received email from him.

Bijan was patient with some necessary schedule changes due to our travels, punctual and a pleasure to deal with.

Bijan was very polite, and was here when he said he would be here. He got the job done himself, was extremely efficient and pleasant. He cleaned up the area beautifully. Also, Bijan advised me about some electrical questions I had. Will hire again!

They did a good job and I would use them again. He came out several times to make sure everything was done properly. He did a timely job and was very professional. I would use C Sheridan & Sons again.

The work took about 1/2 day. I thought Bijan was very efficient. I appreciate the fact that he cleaned up and left everything the way he found it.
