Description of Work: Installation of Spacepak air conditioning system on 3 floors of the older part of our 1924 house. 12 rooms in total. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and the job was done to the neatest and cleanest standards.

Description of Work: Had American Vintage replace drain pipe in clawfoot bathtub at a cost of more than $800. Found leak in drain afterwards so asked them to fix it at no charge, which they did.

Description of Work: I had a clogged tub drain. The plumber provided three estimates for three levels of service depending on what I wanted to pay. One was a quick and easy method that would help but maybe not completely clear the clog, or not be effective for very long. The second solution would completely clear up the problem, but there was a potential for additional problems down the road if some additional work beyond this portion of plumbing was not done. Finally, the third solution would clear the clog and address this potential problem before it created clogs in the future. I chose to go with the middle ground solution, and will probably have them do the additional work in the future. I really liked that he gave me choices and was very honest with what each level of service would and would not address. He was very professional. We have not had a problem with the tub drain since.

Description of Work: He replaced the leaking garbage disposal. It went well. He went and bought the replacement disposal. He cleaned up very well. He did take two parts from our old disposal but returned them the next day.
