Their services are great! I would not use anyone else. All of the products they use to clean around my home are natural.

Easily scheduled; technician completed job promptly; provided recommendations for maintenance and future service; pointed out anomalies inside some of the vents. I appreciated the information and suggestions. The only thing that disappointed me was that some of the wall area above the vents showed some minor tears wear the tech had to remove the vent covers. That is my only reason for subtracting a point. However, he did clearly warn me that this might happen before he started the job, and I think he tried to be as careful as possible. It may have been unavoidable by anybody, as far as I know.

The service was really quick and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning out the vents after it seems like several years of neglect from the previous owners. My only problem is that when they called to make the appointment, I asked them to add on a dryer vent cleaning and to sanitize each of the vents and intake valves they cleaned. Those services weren't performed, but to be fair, they didn't charge me for it either. I guess that I will have to do those next year when I call them again!

I purchased a deal on Angie's List and they followed up with me within a day or two. It was easy to schedule a date and time for them to come out. Everything was very straightforward and they did not try to sell me anything additional. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Cleaned 20 vents and trunk lines, deodorized all the vents. No games, tricks, upsells or gimmicks. Best price I could find and I search pretty well. Fast and professional, would highly recommend.

i waited a bit before writing this review.. to regain composure. I have been cleaning dust from all the rooms in the house. The air filter was left caked with dirt and dust (he didn't mention that it needed to be changed or ask for a new filter). I thought the machine was a vacuum but I have dust and grime in places I've never had before the service. The saving grace in all this is that the ducts are clean and we can tell the difference in the air quality.

They did a great job on the high traffic area. I will use them again. I liked that my carpets were not wet when they left. I like the method that they use to clean with.

John was right on time, walked the house to see all the vents and intakes with me, told me there was an extra charge as I was over the 13-vent specified in the deal (additional cost was acceptable). He and other tech were clean, friendly and professional. Got the work done within 2 hours and showed me the amount of dust out of the vents before they left.

The service was very good. There were no extra charges to the $179 Big Deal cost after they came. They came out within a week or so after we purchased the Big Deal. I was not there, but my husband said that they were very professional.

It was a very good experience over all. It was easy to set up/get an appointment, they were on time, polite, and seemed knowledgable. I've had no problems with the work they did this winter. The only negative point is that they didn't thoroughly clean up after themselves. They left some piles of debris on the floor from the vents. I would use this service again.

I thought these guys were great! It was easy to schedule my appt and they were friendly on the phone and the day of service. One of the owners, John, came by himself to clean my air ducts and dryer vent (it didn't seem like the job needed a 2nd person so this was cool). John was friendly and professional. I have a small dog and he patiently waited when I had to move the dog to let him in. I would highly recommend this provider, and should I need this service again I will definitely call them!

When they came out to look at our ducts, they were very honest and polite in telling us that they would not be able to do the work. The construction of the ducts in our building were not compatible with their equipment.
