Very well. There was a small issue with timing, as we had agreed upon 9 AM and they called that morning to say they would come around 9:30, but they were great once they got here. They did a thorough cleaning and greatly reduced my family's allergic reactions in the house.

Fantastic! They were right on time, moved heavy furniture (that no one else has ever moved) and cleaned the carpet very well (and it had pet stains). He offered helpful advise on cleaning some slipcovers on furniture, and it dried nicely, with no oder afterwards.

The air duct cleaning was part of closing so I did not actually hire the service, however they are terrible! The vents were dirty when I bought the house. And my air filter is black! I called the company twice asking for them to have someone come look at the work and I never received a phone call bCk. It's highly disappointing that they never callled and I feel like because they know it was a complaint... wouldn't a company want to provide customer satisfaction in the quality of their work? I have pictures of my air filter and it's disgusting!

This company is amazing! They are so nice, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I'd hire them again in a heart beat. Side note: While here, they went above and beyond helping with my sick kiddo (who was vomiting all over our couch). Forever thankful.

Very well. Team was on time and very professional. Cleaned our couches and removed the spots. Rug looks like new after treatment. They gave us instructions on how to dry the furniture and how to treat small spots in the future. I personally liked the eco solution they use, as it doesn't smell at all. A B in pricing because they are more in the upper side of them scale, however they performed an excellent job that was worth every penny. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

We are extremely pleased with the services provided by All Natural Carpet Upholstery Cleaners. They are very professional. I called them and they were able to come over the next day! We had a party where kids tracked in all sorts of mud on our carpet. They were able to clean everything out. Plus, the cleaners they use are eco friendly! Will definitely use again.

Excellent John Root was at our house at the designated time, He explained our options regarding dry and wet cleaning,which was greatly appreciated. When his partner arrived, they went to work and finished within 1 1/2 hours. No mess and carpet and couch were great. Very friendly workers. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with our experience with All Natural. I will definitely use them again in the future. John was extremely responsive in setting up the initial appointment. Everything went as planned on the day of the service - John and his partner showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, performed the job we had agreed upon and left no mess. We ended up having an issue with our dryer vent later that day - it was not directly caused by the work they performed but was a result of the poor design of our ductwork and the cleaning simply uncovered the issue. John returned my call immediately and came back first thing the next morning to help resolve the problem at no cost to us. I was really impressed by the service, especially since the work he ended up doing the second day to resolve the dryer vent issue was outside the scope of simply cleaning the vent as we had hired him to day. I give John and his team an A+ and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Jonathan Homan came to clean the carpets. He did an astounding job. There are absolutely no stains left on any of the carpets and they were in-set prior to cleaning. He also cleaned a cooking grease stain from one of the carpets. The carpets dried, almost immediately, which is always a plus! He was professional and respectful. I'd hire him again, in a heartbeat. I will also be referring him to family and friends.

John showed up right on time and gave us an estimate of the job we needed done. Very personable and knowledgeable. The estimate was fair so he did the work right then. We were very satisfied with the results. No harsh chemical odor and safe for pets. No steam or shampoo so the carpet was dry when he was done. We will definitely use again this spring for air duct cleaning.

I took advantage of the offer of "$189 Air Duct Cleaning for up to 13 Openings (additional openings cleaned at add'l. fee)" The serviceman was scheduled to be at my home from 11 A.M. - 2 P.M. and he arrived a few minutes before 11 A.M. He introduced himself, brought his equipment into my home and then started to explain exactly what he was going to do and how. The house (that I just bought) was built in 2001, and the air duct system had never been cleaned. Watching as he went from one floor duct to another, I didn't think much about dust being a major problem. After he climbed up the ladder to vacuum out a return in the ceiling of the one of the bedrooms, I could see a lot of the excessive dust and wads of (whatever) come floating down on to the floor. After seeing this, I wasn't too happy and all I could do was just imagine how much dirt and dust was in the rest of the system. When the serviceman finished, we talked about the how awfully dirty the ducts really were and how clean they were now. He instructed me to run the fan for the next day (or so) to make sure any remaining dirt would be caught by the furnace filter. When paying for the service, I was given an additional 5% off "Senior Discount". I ran the fan and later that afternoon I checked the filter and found some more wads of dirt. I replaced the filter, and am glad to say that I haven't seen any dirt accumulation on the new filter yet. I'm really glad that I had made the appointment with "All Natural".

He did it well. He explained everything and also the possibility of rodents getting into the house due to some spacing between the duct and concrete. Immediately bubble sprayed it. Will definitely use him again.

Service was good and the technicians seemed experienced. They asked all my questions, did not leave a mess, and I was very happy. I plan to use them again in the future.
