Sales came out to meet with me and was very knowledgeable and thorough. They quoted me on the most expensive solution which was to the extreme. When I advised them that the price was way too much they were willing to cut back. I have no doubt that this company can fix and and all flooding issues, but you will pay a premium for it. Also make sure to ask them what it will cost to maintain the system that they install. Knowledgeable company and staff, friendly and willing to work with the customer.

Mike Spatola provided a detailed estimate of cost quickly and from start to finish always responded quickly via email to any questions, comments I had about the job. He and his team showed up time and worked quickly to complete the entire job in one day. I was also very impressed with the quality of shrubs, plants Mike suggested for the landscape. All are d*** beautifully through the hot summer we’ve had. I used Ross & Jack's the previous summer on another job and was just as pleased with their work and professionalism. I will continue to call on them for any future landscape needs.

We could not be happier with the outcome of the services we received. We worked with Mike who spent a full hour on our initial consultation, and then sent follow-up emails confirming our preferences in shrubs and trees. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Not only that, but he seemed genuinely excited about the project. The day he and his team arrived to execute the project, they arrived early and worked quickly. Mike checked in with me periodically through the day ensuring I was pleased with the progress. Mike even relocated a few bushes that unexpectedly could be salvaged, and planted some grass seed in an area we didn't even ask him to address. His customer service was nothing short of excellent. The transformation to our home cannot be overstated. We love the finished product, and based on the compliments we have received, our neighbors do too. We highly recommend Ross & Jack's and Mike.

Mike responded to my initial inquiry in a timely manner. He came out to our house to give us an estimate and had it to us in less than a week. We requested quotes from other companies who took close to two weeks to get back to us. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but Mike gave us great ideas as well. The estimate was very detailed and the price was fair. The men showed up first thing and got right to work. Their work was impeccable. They even power washed our driveway when they were finished to remove any dirt or excess mulch. We were very pleased with the condition they left our house when they were done and their work was beautiful. Mike came at the end to make sure we were satisfied with the work and even went over how to care for the sod and bushes. We would absolutely use them again!

Mark came out to give me a quote ASAP. He determined I had enough mulch already so there really was no need for me to pay for more mulch. He said they would turn over the mulch I had to make it look good. The cost of the clean up went well & the yard looked good.

Michael was great to work with. Very responsive in coming out discussing the project and getting back a timely and reasonably priced bid. Once we made the decision to move forward they were able to quickly schedule the work which was done in a very timely and professional manner. The work looks absolutely great. Ross & Jack's did an excellent job building my new patio. Michael was responsible all the proposals and negotiation - He was always responsive to my msgs and follow ups and demonstrated to have a real interest in making all things look nice and be properly done. His patio crew (Sergio) was excellent and knew exactly what they were doing. Michael was constantly on the job supervising the work. If something wasn't to my liking, Michael had no problem doing it again or even doing it himself. They were also quite quick and provided zero disturbance to my family during the construction. Would certainly use it again.

Mark Serephin was very responsive to our inquiry for service, questions, requests (special mulch). He provided education to us about lawn care. He called back immediately whenever we tried to contact him. He supervised his work team. The team executed our plan perfectly, they were also polite. The company provided us with their. Insurance & workers comp. info promptly. Very professional we appreciate their good service.

The crew did an amazing job for the Spring cleanup of both our yard and the cul-de-sac. Their price was fair and the quality of their work was excellent. Ross & Jack's did an outstanding job for us. They are real masters. We knew we wanted to use them and scheduled an appointment last fall for work to be done this spring. They did everything: from being in touch promptly, to answering our questions, giving honest advise (to our advantage that otherwise would have brought in more revenue for the company), to laying a superior grade of sod, with special attention to the details and quality of work, and going the extra mile to satisfy the customer. They also left written follow up instructions for us. Their highly proficient crew was equally wonderful to work with. We will definitely use them again.

Mark from Ross and Jack's was incredible. From the get go he was willing to work with my budget and my lifestyle. We completely redid the front lawn. Mark's team ripped everything out and brought in fresh sod plus a host of other easy care shrubs and flowers. They also saved some of the existing plants and worked those into the new landscape at my request. In the back yard they cleaned up everything, cut out new beds for the flowers, trimmed an overgrown hibiscus, and reseeded the lawn. Considering that my yard was untouched for 3.5 years this cleanup was no easy feat. Additionally, Mark helped me come up with a plan to redo the back yard over time in order to stick with my budget. Although we're doing it in stages the vision is clear and I can't wait! Both the front and back look amazing. Neighbors are constantly stopping by to compliment our house. On top of the exemplary work, everyone I've spoken to at Ross and Jack's has been courteous and professional. Emails and phone calls are answered promptly and they have always made sure that I had all of the information I needed. I will definitely be using them again!

They were very prompt in following up on our purchase and visited to discuss our project. They showed up as scheduled and were polite and professional. They provided a timely estimate and were professional in their communications. While we decided not to have them perform our project due to the price, I am sure they would have done the work as described.

It went great. The guys came out with 5 guys in the crew and got the whole thing done in a few hours. The crew was great and very responsive to any additional instructions I had for them. One of the managers came out and went over everything with me towards the end of the work to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. My yard looks amazing and I will definitely be using Ross & Jacks in the future.

He gave me a quote and we had the project scheduled. Michael was honest and upfront about the time to start, the time to complete, and the costs involved. The guys who worked the project were very efficient and hard working. We were very happy with the end product. It looks fantastic and we don't have water puddling up against the house anymore. We will use Ross & Jacks for our next project, for sure.
