Description of Work: The crew arrived promptly and began work right away. The crew cleaned all garden beds, trimmed bushes and trees, spread mulch, cut grass, edged sidewalk, and removed waste. I was very pleased with the work performed and the cost. I have used this company before for the same work and was very pleased then as well. Highly recommend this company for this work.

Hello [Removed member name], I have to admit, I was taken back a bit when I read this review. When we first met back in May of this year, I took a great amount of time meeting with you and walking you through the project that you had requested an estimate for. We talked at length about the process from start to finish, I even painted out lines for a proposed outline for the patio. I also took the time to put together a well thought out and detailed proposal. However, after I sent the initial proposal to you, I never heard back from you. It has been 3 months since I submit the proposal and since that time many things have happened that you are not aware of. I do my absolute best following up with people and returning phone calls, and I apologize for the fact that you had to wait 48 hours before I was able to get back to you, however, it is not because we are "too busy" for you. I have a family and a life outside of this business and my mother has become very ill with cancer and is in the hospital. Also, I have a wife and two very small children at home, one of whom is an infant. So between working 14 hour days, visiting my mother in the hospital in the evenings and trying to get home in time to see my kids, it is not always as easy as it normally is to return phone calls. Another reason that the response time was not as fast as it normally is was because you called the office line, which in turn was relayed to me later. Had you called me directly on my cell phone, I promise you I would've gotten back to you sooner. We work so hard to maintain a great reputation with all of our Angie's List customers and pride ourselves in the service we provide. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and wish that you would reconsider working with us. You are entitled to work with whomever you desire, but I don't want you to think for a minute that we didn't have time for you or were not interested in your business. I wish you luck with your project moving forward and I'm sorry it didn't work out between us. Be well.
