I love him. I like that he comes when he says he would. He doesn’t waste time and he gets right to the job and does it. He is pleasant and affordable. He doesn’t rip you off; he gives you an honest day’s work for an honest day’s wages. He does beautiful work.

I needed to have a lock cut off of a gate. He was easy to get ahold of and completed the job right away.

Bill was very responsive and helpful right from the beginning. He gave me some options for waterproofing my basement window and did the work properly and efficiently.

Bill decided that this was an impossible job--I don't know he may be right. It seems that the door frame is plumb, but the doors are hanging off their jambs. Anyway, Bill never got back to me personally (he talked to my wife), and the work was never confirmed or denied to me.

They were on time and did the work very well. Their price was good. They were nice and responsible. I would use them in future.

It went very well. Bill purchased the materials and wason the job within a couple days. Once everything was done, he came back to clean the windows. Job well done and we will call him again. He is reliable, professional and honest. For example, I asked him about another project and he told me a far better and less expensive way to deal with the situation rather than quote a fee for work that might not meet our needs. We took his advice and it worked out very well.

Bill was prompt. He told me what he thought was the most cost effective solution for my problem and brought the braces with him. He worked quickly and got job done with no drama.

The work involved many more trips back and forth to numerous stores in order to compensate for the fiberglass frame. He always called to let me know how things were progressing and assured me it would not be necessary for me to be home as he could access the door from the outside....he was just keeping me posted!

He came in did the job quickly and efficiently. He didn't the time to make more. He was done in less than an hour.

See above- I wouldn't hesitate to call him for other projects I would need him to do for me.

He is very personable and good looking. He is a handyman, he has done all sorts of odd things around the house. He does very good work. He built stepstairs for my aunt and they are very sturdy.

He is a good handyman. He came out and did what I asked him to do how I asked him to do it. He has been very responsive to me and he even came out early for the appointment. I give him all A's for his services.

I had a GREAT experience! He came out within an hour of my initial call, and spent a good 45 minutes fighting with the spring. He tried a couple of different options, and in the end decided to use a heavy wire to 'stitch' the spring back into the sofa. He warned me that it may not hold, and only charged me $20 for almost an hour's worth of work. Two weeks later, not only is the spring still holding, but Bill called me to see if it had worked or not. Speedy customer service, creative problem solving, low price, and follow up call - what's not to like? :)

It went very well. We were preparing an empty house to put on the market, and Bill repaired a gap between the stoop and the door with cement. He was prompt, efficient, cleaned up, and we sold the house!

Bill did a good job overall. I would use him again.

He was very friendly and a talkative guy. Most of the tasks were associated with plumbing so I might go with a full fledged plumber but he seemed very good.

Bill was very courteous on the phone. He gave me an estimate for the job and we made an appointment to do the work. He arrived promptly and completed the work. He was fast and efficient.

Fast estimate, work done on time and quality work for the price quoted.

Bill was responsive to my initial call. After obtaining a verbal, scope of work, he visited my home and made all of the repairs in under 2-hours. I was very concerned about the state of my roof and Bill went out of his way to describe what he saw and the overall condition. The work was done in a professional manner and quickly.

The estimate was done on Sunday and the work was done on Tuesday.
