I hired Glass.com to replace glass for several windows with broken seals in a house we were selling. They did such a good job for a fare price that I hired them again in our new house to replace a skylight with a broken seal and to install glass to protect the surface of a new bedroom set. Again, both jobs were completed flawlessly, on time, and at a fare cost. I will refer Glass.com to all my friends!

They were hired to replace a broken glass in a window. The service man arrived on time, did a professional job and completed the work in a timely manner.

They can out to replace window glass where the seals were compromised, to open windows painted shut and to fix broken cranks. They are efficient, friendly, clean, and did a great job. The price was excellent.

My experience with Glass.Com was nothing short of phenomenal from start to finish. They were extremely professional, courteous, customer focused, efficient, and timely. Their quality of work was top notch as I needed to have a very large window pane replaced. Glass.com was by far the best priced and provided the best service. You can't even tell they made a repair on my window. Compared to other glass companies I would recommend them hands down every time. They take customer service and quality seriously. From Debbie in the office to my installer everything was perfect. They came out same day for an estimate and placed the order for my glass right away, and kept me posted every step of the way. The installer arrived exactly as scheduled and did a great job. They will definitely have all of my future glass needs.

Glass.com of Illinois came out to give us a free estimate on all the windows we wanted replaced, priced out per window, so we could pick and choose what we wanted done first, to better fit our budget. Our new windows were ordered and installed within two weeks. What's more, the entire team at glass.com of Illinois is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kind. We'll be calling them again when we're ready to have our other windows replaced. Until then, I'm gratefully enjoying the view of our back yard through gorgeous crystal-clear windows! (Hey, I remember that tree...) If you need the glass in your windows replaced, I highly recommend calling this company!

This was a completly trouble free project. The price was the best of the quotes I was abble to get. They said it would take 2 weeks to get the custom glass, but the called me back in a week and said the glass was ready and the install could be done the next day. the installer arrived at the scheduled time and did a very clean installation.

Debbie was very prompt in answering my questions and gave me a competitive quote. She told me the custom order may rake three weeks. However they installed the new glass panel within two weeks. [07/06/2017] the glass started cracking and the technician trying to prove me that its a scratch. By touch, anyone can feel, its a crack or a scratch. The glass quality is below average.

I was contacted within 24 hours by the owner, and after comparing their price quote and guarantee I decided to go with them. Their installers were very professional and polite and they completed the job in a single day. The owner and crew were all very responsive, and they were very diligent in making sure the job was done correctly and in a timely fashion. I've already suggested them to friends of mine who have similar problems and they've all been very happy with the work and professionalism of Glass.com. I'll continue to recommend them to other people I know. Unlike other companies I had contacted to get a quote to do the work that was needed, Glass.com worked hard to earn my business.
