We needed a repair to a window that had cracked. We thought the only option was to replace the whole window. We received several quotes and because of the size of the window the quotes were over $1000.00. My husband found glass.com on Home Adviser and within minutes they replied to his request. They had someone out to measure within a day and then that same day had the quote to us for under $300.00! The repairman came today and was 10 minutes early and within an hour had the window glass replaced! I would highly recommend glass.com for any window repairs you need. Very reputable company!

They replaced the glass in 3 windows that had been damaged by a hail storm and also reset a window sash that hadn't been working for many years. They responded quickly, gave an accurate estimate of the cost and completed the work in less time than they estimated. They also cleaned up when they were finished. Very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely hire again.

I highly recommend this company. I was referred to them by a neighbor. They replaced one large 1/4 round insulated unit and replaced the weatherstrip on one double hung window.

I was having a tough time finding someone to come install replacement glass we received through our window warranty (several broken seals and a crack). I put in a request for bids through Home Advisor and Debbie from Glass.com emailed me right away! The other two did not even respond. She was able to get me a quote based on the dimensions I provided to her, and we had someone come out the same week to look. One of the windows is very high up as we have cathedral ceilings, so I was anticipating that one to be challenging. Mike and Miguel came out and assured me that they have done this several times and it would not be an issue. The following week, Mike and Miguel came to install the 5 replacement windowpanes plus a glass panel replacement for the patio door. They did the replacement very efficiently, made sure to cover any carpet with a drop cloth and cleaned up once the install was complete. The windows all look brand new. These guys know what they are doing! I would not hesitate to hire them again. Debbie was also very quick to respond over email, which was fantastic as I cannot always take personal calls at work. Thanks again Debbie, Mike and Miguel for the great service!

Ours was a pretty big project with a dozen windows plus additional assorted glass panels - all to be replaced with new ones. The assorted panel replacements required cutting through wood frames and were very complicated - not your usual thing. Glass.com gave 110% to see that the work was done well. They were incredibly responsive. They have a deep body of experience with all kinds of windows and that really showed particularly when it came to panel replacements. After completing the work, they cleaned up everything really well. I highly recommend them, and we will use them again if we have any more window needs.

I had five contractors to my home to repair my atrium door and all of them said they couldn't find any parts and had no idea who could help. The door was held shut with duct tape for over a year until a neighbor hired Glass.Com to repair their door. Glass.Com had a secret weapon: The Door Whisperer. Bob not only rebuilt the handle (which had snapped off), he fixed the locking mechanism and now the door works better then ever. All of this at a reasonable fee. Another neighbor has already arranged for Glass.Com to repair his door. What a joy to work with a company that is friendly, professional and able to handle complex repairs.
