My experience with Glass.com has been excellent. I needed to repair the garage window and Glass.com provided first class service with reasonable price. Both Debbie (my initial contact at Glass.com) and Mike who did the work on the repair are nice people and a pleasure to talk to. I recommend Glass.com to anyone needing window and glass services.

They came out and completed my job very quickly. They replaced my glass perfectly. Nothing was out of whack after they were done, and they gave me a great price especially as the project went on.

Glass.com staff were courteous and respectful. They came when they said they would. Workmanship was neat, clean and efficient. The craftsman knew exactly what he was doing. They did require a 50% up front payment, but they were also my lowest bid. Very satisfied.

Bob was my serviceman. 45 years experience. Lagrange glass and others told me I needed whole new window and sash which would cost 725 dollars wo installation. Glass. Com fixed my Pella window for 219 dollars and had it done in less than half the time. They saved me about 550 bucks and this is real life situation. A friend of mine told me originally about Home Advisor. When I first heard of it I was very leery of trusting my info out there on a generic site. I sent in a request to get a price for a glass pane replacement. I selected this route after getting a quote for an actual window replacement of $1,100.00. I sent in my request and within an hour I got my first email from Glass.com. I specified in the email to Deb that I am extremely hard to reach on the phone and the best way to get a hold of me is through email. Now, keep in mind Deb and I have never spoken on the phone. Deb has been nothing but pleasant, caring and attentive to my needs and concerns. She has provided the best follow up and communication to me. I sent Deb an email advising her after about a week or so that I have not forgotten about her company and I was waiting on my tax return so I can order the glass and get it installed. Deb made arrangements to order the glass and get it in so that it can be ready for me when I was ready. I then got an email from Deb less than a week later telling me the glass was in and she was coming out in a few days to install it. Still have not spoken to Deb on the phone. Deb made arrangements to have the glass installed while I was at work and also an arrangement for payment at a generous time frame. I cannot say anything bad about Deb and Glass.com. Nothing but 1 million star review comes to mind. I have been in the customer service industry for 20+ years and have never been treated with such respect and trust that Deb has ever provided to my family. I have been working with Deb for less than 3 weeks and I have a brand new glass pane installed and my house is back to normal. Fast services and good quality

Our glass just came in and we are scheduled for the install next week. So far this company has been a pleasure to work with from their inside support to their estimators/installers. I also found their price to be quite fair. Considering my experience so far I would expect the install to go smoothly and without issue also. It has been refreshing to have a company respond so quickly to quoting and questions.

Very timely service and excellent work

This company is very professional. Friendly and fair. They scheduled a measurement, sent me an estimate. I accepted and scheduled. the job was done two days later. they even accommodated my need to push the time back to the afternoon. The installers were amazing. They came in did the job leaned up the mess and even cleaned both panels of glass, not just the one they installed. This company is top notch. I recommend them to all. Very professional and nice people

I needed to replace two large plate glass windows. They did good work. Communication was great.

I had called six different vendors and NONE of them ever went beyond the initial steps. A few came out and measured but I never received a quote back from them. Glass.com responded the same day, and within a few days provided a quote. We accepted the proposal and our windows were replaced today. Everyone we came in contact was very professional and courteous. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job.

Debbie was super-professional in the quoting process, and Bob the technician who installed our replacement did an excellent job, both installing the thermopane glass and also in making sure he cleaned up all materials before he left. Also, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised as this was my first experience with HomeAdvisor. I have been using Angie's list forever but the window installers on that list were apparently so busy that they didn't return my phone calls, so I tried HomeAdvisor. Glass.com was super professional, the customer experience was kind of like when you deal with Safelite for auto glass. They have a really good set of processes established and just follow their system. I hope we don't get any more broken windows but when we do I wouldn't go any where else.

I had a cloudy patio door glass pane replaced. The project was completed on time and the glass is even better than what was originally in the door. Very pleased.

I can heartily recommend Glass.com. I had two small projects: Glue a loose shelf bracket on my glass shelves and replace a broken top of our glass coffee table. Both projects were done well and to my satisfaction. Although the glue doesn't match the glue for the other brackets. the gentleman explained to me that although they weren't able to make an exact match, this glue is very durable. I appreciated the explanation, and the attention to detail.

This company made the project so easy for me. I needed to replace my large, front window. From my initial call to the office, to the installation, and the payment of the invoice, everyone was professional, courteous, stayed in contact, returned phone calls, answered questions and did what they said they were going to do. Great job! I thought I was never going to find anyone to replace my window. Glass.com was great! They got back to me right away and sent someone out the next day!! Would definitely use them again.

Came out to house, worker put booties on his feet to come inside to check out the window. Knew what the problem with the window us. Great company would hire again.
