I had a cracked window pane, a broken window latch, and several window screens needing repair. I used HomeAdvisor.com to find a company to do the work and glass.com was one of the recommendations. I was contacted within 24 hours, and based on their positive reviews I hired them. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and customer service. The latch was not a standard item but they found the replacement part. They were prompt and courteous from the first call through the final work. If you want a great product with great service, then call these folks - they are professionals!

Had basement glass window break under water pressure during a rainstorm during the night and they had the window repaired by 10am the next day. Very polite and professional installers.

From the time receiving of the quote and installing crank window glass I was extremely satisfied. Their quote was competitive and delivery schedule was reasonable as a new panel had to be manufactured. Installer was neat and informative as what was being done. I would highly recommend them.

Debbie Olson was excellent to work with. She was knowledgable and understanding to our situation. I felt comfortable hiring this company due to her customer service. Additionally, the men that were sent to the home were personable and put my mother-in-law at ease. It is important to me that my mother-in-law has someome she feels comfortable with doing repair work in her home as I am not able to be there with her (I live in another state). Glass.Com made a small measurement error and had to return to our home to install the glass a second time, but they were great about the issue and handled it with friendly and accommodating service.

Debbie was excellent at arranging fast appointment for installer to look at window repair (half moon window cracked glass). Within a day I had an estimate to replace glass with new unit. Installed within 2 week for a good price installed, installer made sure area was clean after completion of job.
