Description of Work: They moved me out of my house and moved me into my new Condo. These guys were excellent. They arrived early, which was the best. My closing were 4 hours between and I was not charged for that. They did a great job getting everything out my house in a orderly manner and never complained once. Was very helpful. Called them up when closing was completed on my new place and arrived there at the same time. They unleaded and set it all up. I would recommend them to anyone. Not one item broken.

Description of Work: Moved office furniture to home offices. Desk, conf room table and chairs, large bookcAsrs, desk. They did great. We're very careful. Ran longer than expected but due to volume of furniture moved. Made two stops.

+ -1 moreThe move went great. They were on time for both moves, when they arrived Bruce introduced himself and his crew. They covered all my carpeting, all my furniture was wrapped. They asked me how I wanted my furniture in each room and when they placed it and when I didn't like it they switched it and rearranged it several times I might add and all with a good attitude and humor.
Description of Work: Midwest showed up at 8:00 a.m. They had a 4 man crew. The crew leader Bruce introduced himself and had me show him around the house. He then put carpet protection throughout the entire house. At the new house he also put carpet protection down and also protected my banisters. Also Midwest had some of my belongings in storage so two weeks after my move I had them deliver my storage.

+ -1 moreI called them up and spoke to Mike Scott and he was very professional. He took down all of my information, what needed to be moved and when. He gave me a quote that I could not turn down. A lot less expensive than the other movers that I called. So the day came and I had 3 movers and a 20 foot truck. They got everything out of my house and even packed a couple of things in under 4 hours. Then we traveled to my new house and they unloaded everything in record time. So the whole move total, it took just about 7 hours. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I moved from Arlington Heights to Schaumburg. I went from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom condo with everything inside had to be moved.

+ -1 moreI was on the company's schedule for three weeks with pick-up of my belongings on Thursday and delivery at my new house on Friday. Two days before my move they called to say that because they had scheduled a lot of other moves for Thursday and Friday they could no longer do my move. They wanted me to reschedule my move for Wednesday and not deliver my items until Saturday. This company cancelled my move in order to take more lucrative, full-day jobs, leaving me in a lurch the last weekend of the month. Save yourself; hire another moving company and don't let them cancel on you.
Description of Work: Scheduled my local move, split over two days with storage overnight.

+ -1 moreI WAS TOLD TO EXPECT 5 HOURS, AT $120 PER HOUR, WITH 3 MEN. I CALLED AROUND AND GOT THE WORK DONE IN 2 1/2 HOURS BY ANOTHER FIRM, AT MUCH LOWER PRICE. NOT A GREAT ATTITUDE, MADE TO FEEL LIKE THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR.
