Description of Work: I noticed my toilet was blubbling when the laundry machine was draining. From past experience I knew immediately that my sewer line needed to be cleaned out. I called on Saturday, thinking to make an appointment for later that week, They came out that day at no extra weekend charge. It has always been a pleasure doing business with J&S Plumbing.

Description of Work: Mark from J&S performed services on two of my homes. The first was a clogged sink. This is an old home and in the process of clearing the clog a pipe broke in the basement. Mark repaired both issues timely and professionally. The second was a leak in my kitchen sink which turned out to be a cracked nut in the strainer assembly. Also fixed in a timely professional manner. This is the second time I have used J&S and have been very happy with the responsiveness and the work. I will use them again in the future without hesitation.

Description of Work: My husband called J&S on Thursday for a leaky kitchen faucet. Our appointment was scheduled for Saturday afternoon. The plumber was supposed to call prior to coming out, however, he just showed up. It was fine because we were at home, however, if we had been out, we would have missed the call. The main reason for the call was to fix a leaky faucet in the kitchen. The plumber did not have the right "washer" to fix the faucet, so it was not repaired. The plumber gave us the option of replacing the entire faucet (which would have been quite costly). After the plumber left, my husband went to the hardware store, bought some washers, and fixed it himself. I find it a little hard to believe that a plumber would not have a variety of washers in his truck, especially knowing he was coming out to fix a leaky faucet. We also had the plumber fix the spicket on the outside of our house which was done without a problem.

Description of Work: I had called other plumbing companies to tryaand solve a sump pump and back up system problem. J & S knew exactly what to do and sent a technician the same day. Price we very competive, service excellent. They simply took care of my problem. I will use them again

Description of Work: They provided me with an estimate for sewer line repair, but I decided to go with a different company. That being said, I didn’t encounter any negative issues my estimate experience.
