They were quick to respond and luckily happen to be able to swing by that morning. They were able to fix an issue I didn't know I had and the one I called them out for. It's been nearly a month and no other issues nor any reoccurring issue.

Excellent job. Installed shower head, rotted-out tub, re-seated wobbly toilet seat. Very quick. Also looked at some other plumbing issues around the house I was concerned about and they confirmed I had no problem and did not need to spend additional money to fix a prythat did not exist. Get second opinion on the issue and price. Called them for a kitchen sink in one of our units, suggestion was that the issue is on the buildings main line.$2.089 later nothing resolved. Followed up to see if their work has any warranty, quick answer was no. Months after we called two other plumbing companies for estimate- both said our issue has no relation to what was done on that main line. Suggestion on a hydro jetting main sewer @ $3,000 from J & S Plumbing, we got it done for $1,250. I understand all businesses are out there to make money, but please be fair to customers. No one deserves to be lied to and taken advantage of.

It went well. Plumber came in and gave me an assessment/quote. I was pressed for time and at $100 for just a quote… might as well just get it done. Plumber went to work with no issues. Great guy and would recommend Mike if anyone asks.

A knowledgeable Plummer was dispatched the same day. Outdoor faucet was replaced and a new inside shutoff valve was added. We also planned out replacement of one more outside faucet.

They came on time as promised, and completed the job. They left the area clean. Very professional and stuck to the initial estimate

They were great! Called at the agreed upon time frame, carried new water heater downstairs and removed old one and took away! Install was smooth and I had them booked in one day! Finally an honest plumber!

They did an awesome job of installing a new faucet in my powder room. The job quote was reasonable & in my price range. Very clean and courteous professionals who cleaned up after they finished the job.

They charge me for $285.00 for 11 minutes job just to replace to a faucet.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Jon`s employee mislead and packed $93 ( $300 total) from my elderly mom, who does`t speak English very well. When I spoke with the plumber over FaceTime with my mom he quoted me for $239 charged her $300 and as he was leaving left a receipt for $207. Didn't do what he was asked to do. Left after 15min. Thankfully we have cameras. When I called the office they said they will get back to me. They never did. After emailing them with all the details owner JON called me 3times screaming and harassing me that I am incorrect on everything. Telling me that my mom paid them $220. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

They're pretty prompt. The work was pretty good but I feel like I was overcharged.

Went great. Came out first thing on Saturday morning and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Didn't even charge me extra for a weekend visit or for an emergency visit.

The guys were helpful in assessing the damage. The work that needed to be done couldn’t be fixed that day. But the plumbers helped me to figure out how I could do it myself.

QUOTE was TOO-HIGH!! I ended up having to pay $98 service charge for 5 mins of quick assessment. TOTAL RIP-OFF!! I was quoted $480 (later on, dropped to $425 to install garbage disposal - their garbage disposal OR $280 to install if I purchase the garbage disposal). I got another quote from a bonded and licensed plumbing company for $215 $180 was the lowest to replace a toilet tank valve!! Unbelievable!! Do not use them, their tactic is simple - charge $98 for service-call and then quote super high. Either you end up paying super high OR pay them $98 for a quick 5 min chat - you lose either way.

02/01/2022: Adam from J&S came out to replace leaking toilet with a comfort toilet. All went great. I opted to purchase for the Kohler Brand from J&S, which was a bit more expensive. Total cost: $750.00. Adam said they could add a spigot to the east side of our house in the future. 05/05/2022 Adam and Mike came out to install the spigot and repair the kitchen faucet my husband had installed. The faucet could not be repaired, and we opted for a new Moen model that Adam had on his truck. Total cost: $1550.00 for new outdoor spigot and faucet. Adam and Mike were very respectful to us and our home. The price was fair. I really had no idea what the extra spigot would cost, but I imagined about a grand for the piping and labor. The kitchen faucet was an added surprise, but we made the choice to have the item function properly. Note: Another plumber I had been working with for a decade said the cost would be enormous and he'd get back to me with an estimate. One month passed, no response. I called to follow up. Still no response. Very disappointing.
